  SUPER PLACE

  Situated in a good location. Ambiance of the place is too good. Well appointed rooms which interconnects. We were 4 friends where we could stay together. A/CENTRE was working well. Staff service was excellent. A special mention about AFZAL the manager. Very courtious person. Food quality can be improved.

  Excellent place

  Indeed a very good hotel...good staff, clean rooms, amazing food.. ala carte was served as per request...completely enjoyed the experience....I must mention about the courteous staff...i wished i had stayed there for some more days..

  Pathetic service - Bad atmosphere big letdown

  Unfortunately I don't like to run down anyone but I had to share this experience so everyone is aware what they would go through if they happen to book this hotel for their stay in Mysore. The positives first Very nice ambience in the room,well decorated , cosy and neat. Has a swimming pool for kids. Not too bad a location. The letdown : The atmosphere of the place changes come sundown and it is more of a watering hole for local brats and not conducive for family groups. The sight of young men and women intermingling with abandon and drinking liquor to their hearts glory is certainly a big no no as far as I am concerned. The staff were decent enough in the day time but post sun down they are more eager serving the drinks and pocketing the tips. I was unable to get my order for room service for 3 dishes serviced on 14th Feb '15 when I was there for more than an hour. When after my 3rd reminder I asked them to send me the stuff immediately or forget the order, one of the staff called me and said he will be preparing it and sending it in 15 mins (ordered at 9.00 pm and got this update at 10.15 pm). In frustration I cancelled the order and we stayed hungry that night. No apology from anyone. The hotel manager was also keen in getting us to change the room allocated which we had checked in the afternoon with no prior notice late at night and I bluntly refused as we were due to check out the next morning anyways. On top of that when I was checking out in the morning they charged me for a tea which I never ordered. Totally unprofessional attitude of staff spoilt an otherwise nice hotel stay. I would avoid this hotel unless you have no option available. They are a blot on the nice reputation that Mithun Chakraborty's hotels enjoy (most famous being his properties in Ooty).

  Great Stay

  Beautiful row house type layout. with awesome food, the rotis were a tad on the expensive side. the waiters were polite , two blocks away is the Infant Jesus church. If you have your own vehicle most tourist places are drivable. For breakfast would suggest going out of the premises.

  Very spacious rooms and good service

  The Cottages are divided into two rooms.The rooms are very neat ,clean and spacious. The hotel has ample parking space and is also very convenient.The location is also very good .Staffs are very friendly and helpful
