  Fantastic Stay

  My family and I had the pleasure of staying at The Mill House Hotel the last two nights and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Mark and Kim could not have been more friendly or helpful and nothing was too big an ask. It was our first stay away since the easing of lockdown and it couldnt have been more safe and comfortable. The hotel is clean and our room (the four poster room!) luxurious. If youre very lucky you may also get to play with Alfie and Nova the dogs! Looking forward to coming back to sample the restaurant once it reopens.

  Wedding retreat

  Stayed 2 nights for my Daughters wedding . Beautiful location peaceful . Amazing Breakfasts , room a little bit tired and couldn't fully appreciate the full hospitality due to Corvid 19 restrictions but sure they would be good ! Would recommend for a rest or Wedding !!

  Delicious Afternoon Tea

  Visited The Mill House today for Afternoon Tea with friends. Lovely service, very private table, delicious sandwiches and wonderful cakes. Endless pots of tea on request. Wonderful! Good value for money, we will be back! Thank you

  The Fielders Wedding

  After all the "FAF" of 2020 we finally got married. We had booked the venue November 2019 and with the help of the Mill House had organised our wedding... We ended up with 13 plus me and my future wife. The staff of the venue were fantastic and a big thank you to Mark and Kim for doing everything to make our day go with out a hitch. They went above and beyond and the whole place was amazing. We will be going back next year to have the wedding we had planned and so looking forward to Wedding 2.0 at the Mill House

  Truly Amazing

  Our wedding day was on the 29th August at The Mill House and was the first to include a wedding reception since the easing of pandemic restrictions. We didnt know if we would be allowed to go ahead with the wedding reception until 2 weeks before our wedding day. There were so many uncertainties which made planning so difficult. Kim and Mark (owners of the venue and our wedding organisers) were absolutely amazing. They couldnt have been more supportive and flexible. Their flexibility, positive attitude, understanding and patience put us at ease and allowed us to organise a beautiful wedding, exactly how we wanted it to be. We cant thank them enough for making our day so special. Chris, Andy and the other members of the Mill house team who looked after us during our wedding day were also wonderful, very friendly and professional. The wedding venue is simply gorgeous. We were lucky enough to hold our ceremony outside in the lovely garden. The garden is naturally beautiful with many amazing flowers, a fountain, river and Georgian house in the background. It is located in a secluded area, which made our wedding very intimate and private. Our wedding breakfast was held in the beautiful marquee, it is absolutely stunning and the food was delicious. The two chefs did a fantastic job. Even our most epicurean guests have complimented on how wonderful the food was. Everyone has greatly enjoyed the wedding, especially us. We cant recommend The Mill House highly enough.
