  Una maravilla

  Estuve aquí alojado en junio, la habitación es preciosa, la comida extraordinaria, la estancia fue una maravilla, el hotel es elegante y está limpio. Nada es demasiado para Mike y Kay, que son unos anfitriones excelentes. Volveré... Brin

  Always 1 that spoils it

  We stayed here for 1 night to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday. Thought from the description the parking was available on site, had to phone the hotel to find parking which was over the road at a pay and display car park. BECKY on reception was fabulous, so welcoming and friendly, super helpful and informed us on the evening meal that they were trying that night with drinks and a little entertainment in keeping with the new tier 3 rules even providing an allergen meal for my wife. Jordan who was the evening bar man was so lovely, seemed very busy as he came to grips with his new routine, really genuine guy. Entertainer Dave was really good, old school singer and involved all the guest staying including greeting us all socially distant,...such a shame then we had the misfortune to be served by the night chef/cook who refused us a drink before I'd finished ordering any food, knowing the new rules that we must order food with drink...this brought our night to a very abrupt end, maybe becky and jordan can show him how to be polite and accommodating. The room itself was dated, which doesn't bother us as it was clean, bed wasnt very comfy and heating came on very late which meant a very hot uncomfortable night. The location was very good but due to the rudeness off the 1 member of staff we wouldn't visit again, such a shame as the rest of the staff were fantastic.

  Very accommodating and friendly service

  I stayed for a mid week half term get away with a friend and her dog. The hotel looked fantastic from the outside, clean and tidy on the inside though our rooms could do with some TLC but again clean (100% COVID-19 compliant!). However £100 for 2 adults in separate double rooms with a dog for 3 nights... I really can not complain!! The staff especially the chef were amazing, super friendly, extremely helpful and helped us both to enjoy a great 3 night much needed get away Im a vegan and the chef who is a true credit to the business did everything they could to give me a lovely meal, bent over backwards to give me a great full English breakfast and even panicked when they sent a veggie meal to me instead of a vegan meal, scared that it would kill me (wouldn't of killed but would of caused a nasty reaction). The rooms are 3-4/5 but the staff make it 5/5 hence my star rating. We'll be back.

  Fantastic and Covid Compliant

  We stayed here earlier this week and have no complaints, in fact full of praise, Becky on reception friendly and helpful. Jordan on the bar was really good. Food was sold as part of a deal with drinks which was very very reasonable. They had their resident entertainer Dave Bear on, who was very good, bearing in mind of social distance and involved everyone, and he done some games of Bingo that was fun. Even the staff Jordan and Shaun were joining in the fun with Dave. We were just having a family break and we had no complaints whatsoever. Ideal location for all that Blackpool has to offer and just a short 10 minute walk from the Illuminations. We would return.

  Great hotel, had everything you need with warm, friendly & helpful staff

  I stayed at this lovely little hotel for 1 night, as soon as I arrived I was impressed by how good it looked from the outside compared to all the other run down hotels on the street. I was greeted with a warm welcome from the reception staff who were so helpful & friendly.. the room wasn't huge but it had everything you needed & everywhere was nice & clean. Good tea & coffee facilities with plenty of milk (so many places never leave enough milk!) & the shower was great. It's a perfect location for the shops, bars & restaurants. I will definitely be choosing this hotel for all my future stays in Blackpool.
