    A young lady named Gina served me and my family. She could not have been more polite and efficient going the extra mile for my children at any point. I have a partner and two children aged 5 and 7. Highly recommended.

    Such warm welcome from start to finish.

    I often go to the mayfield with my son and my family. Everytime we go we are welcomed with such a warm welcome from gina the manager and the staff. Gina is such a lovley young woman and will go above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy and comfortable. Gina is a credit to the Mayfield, thank you so much for making me and my family feel as welcome as you do we will be back very soon highly recommend.

    lovely long weekend away in Scarborough

    stayed here for 4 nights with my partner and was welcomed nicely by all staff. had our breakfast included. was pleased to see there was a vegetarian option as most places don't account for that. only a 15 minute drive to the seafront and about 40 mins for flamingo land. rooms were clean and we really liked the addition of the dyson fan in the room. had a drink in the bar one of the nights and was very nice staff were very patient and friendly with us. due to COVID-19 we weren't able to have our rooms cleaned/changed daily but there was the option to leave dirty towels/bedding outside the room for new ones. Would recommend for any couples getaway

    Never again, very rude staff. Complaint dismissed without addressing it.Absolutely disgraceful behaviour supported by employers. No appreciation of people with disabilities. A very selfish company AVOID AVOID AVOID.

    First meal out

    First time eating out in a restaurant since before lockdown, we were made to feel welcome but more importantly safe. The food was lovely and the staff that were working were friendly, there was a girl working that day she mightve been management as she want wearing a uniform who welcomed us and showed us safely to our table think I heared someone call her Leah. Would definitely recommend going to The Mayfield especially if youre anxious in going out at the moment as you will feel safe
