  Fab holiday

  We stayed at the Mayfair hotel 5 September 2020 for seven days, great hotel, great food, great staff. the rooms where large and comfortable, we where on the third floor that was very noisy at night ,the lift was a bit small , The hotel is about 10 minutes walk to the front but that did not bother us ,The only thing that surprised us was that there was no entertainment on in the hotel even though it was advertised in the brochure, only bingo for two nights .

  Simply fantastic hotel

  Just returned from a week at the Mayfair and cannot praise it enough. Room was were very clean and bright and our twin room was adequate size with lots of storage. The food was excellent and the staff were outstanding.

  Having recently stayed at the Mayfair during covid restrictions we could not fault the hotel staff at all .As usual nothing was to much trouble we have stayed here about 8 times and always get an amazing welcome from staff. I would like to comment about our waitress who looked after us fortwo weeks.Her hygiene was first class . She wore a mask and gloves and after taking away used crockery she always refreshed her hands with hand gell each time so as not to contaminate any fresh dishes she handled this really impressed me . I hope she gets the staff award for September .Once again could not fault any of the staff . A Brilliant Hotel .Thank you

  Holiday

  We stayed here August 24th to 31st. Everywhere was very neat and tidy; our room was cleaned to a high standard daily, as were all other areas. Plenty of hand sanitiser was available. Elaine was brilliant, particularly helpful to us (as husband walks with elbow sticks), with trip bookings and suggestions; nothing was too much trouble for her. The dining room operated to a high standard with regard to Covid. Would recommend this hotel- it was safe and well managed during these difficult times.

  Nice friendly Hotel

  We enjoyed our 4 day stay at this friendly hotel the public areas were very nice and the staff most attentive. 2 restaurants We thought our room was little tired but the bathroom had been excellently refurbished and assumed the rooms were all going to follow on. If arriving in a hire car from the airport suggest to get detailed directions as initially we found it difficult to locate. Otherwise all OK
