  Estupendo.

  Solo estuve una noche con mi pareja, pero fue perfecta, una cama enorme en una habitación super limpia. El baño un tamaño normal, agua en condiciones y caliente al segundo de abrirla. Solo mejoraría la parte del desayuno, es bastante escaso el buffet y sin muchas opciones europeas. El wifi en este hotel esta limitado a un máximo de MB al dia

  Trato horroroso y sucio

  Estuvimos dos noches, desde el primer momento nos trataron fatal. Groseros, maleducados, en definitiva, servicio pésimo. La habitación sucia y la cama supletoria era un colchon en el suelo. Nos dijeron al llegar que no admitian tarjetas de credito y nos hicieron pagar todo en efectivo. Era mentira porque en el checkout nos dijeron que eso habia sido cosa de los que estaban ahi esa noche. Vamos que nos estafaron con algo. El wifi no ha funcionado en los 3 días. El desayuno sucio y ninguna opción para elegir. Pero de verdad, lo peor fue el trato, las malas caras y el sentirte realmente incomodo en ese hotel. De lo peor que hemos encontrado en nuestro viaje a India.

  Good hotel but not professional

  Good location . Good property but poor professional attitude . TV in room was there but very few channel to choose almost equivalent to non functional . Paint from walls had come off . Poor room service and the staffs were unprofessional . Room could be cleaner . And most importantly didn't provide slipper in rooms , as if I will be visiting places with extra slippers in my bag . With this price per room service is extremely poor .

  Worst service from Branded Hotel

  The pathetic service from a branded Hotel I have ever rcvd. The experience started from navigating to the hotel as it's neither updated in Google map nor in the hotel application which made me roam for quarter minutes around the city. Coming to check-in, the Wi-Fi services weren't available at my floor even in room, however it was only operational in reception and ground floor only,on inquiry reception guy Mr Ranveer Singh (as per hotel contact provided in Truecaller) told complaint already lodged and awaiting for further servicing, what the rubbish! Coming to the room, the room was spacious no doubt including larger bathroom but roof needs to repaired as parts of debris started falling/peeling off from the roof and the bath basin was also so dirty. The towel provided was torned one. No cloth hanging arrangement were provided inside the bedroom. The balcony light was so corroded without any sign of bulb/electrical fittings. Last but not the least, the overall experience from a Treebo group of hotel was never expected.

  Overpriced

  I couldn't work as the Wifi wasn't working. Walls were getting chipped off not at all giving worthy appearance for money. I payed 500/- extra for early check in so expected breakfast to be a part of it but it wasn't. In total I feel it was not the worthy.
