  Great Stay

  We stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed our stay, it is everything a Blackpool guest house should be warm welcoming and friendly , Kevin the owner is on hand when ever you need him , YES the rooms are not huge that is the whole attraction of a Blackpool guest house it is a tradition , the room was very clean the bed was super comfy , the bar in the cellar is cheap enough and if you do not want the hustle and bustle of the very busy Blackpool pubs they is a great place to relax , The breakfast was first class and served up quickly and freshly cooked , there are cereals available and Toast is served with breakfast by two very hard working young ladies , we would not hesitate to return here as we say in the North Reet up our street this place is . big thanks Kevin hope to see you again next year , Tip go see the reviews for the so called big hotels and the price you can not beat on hand customer service .

  Girls weekend

  What a great little find. Will definitely use again good place to be for bars etc. Opposite coral island and the main car park. Clean, comfy beds and excellent breakfast. Really good value for money..

  Spot on

  Just what me and the wife were looking for somewhere near all the amenities, nice clean guest house with lovely people who work and run the place, I would recommend this as a base for anyone wanting to explore Blackpool and we will be returning when next in the the area thanks again for a great stay Clint and Loz

  Great break

  Family weekend, couldn't have picked better, room very clean,comfy bed, excellent breakfast served by friendly , helpful staff. Bonus of a great cellar bar with darts and pool.We all agreed one of our best Blackpool breaks. Recommended.

  Lovely place to stay

  Stayed 2 nights 5 of us 2 rooms nice and clean very covid safe. Brill breakfast 8 items toast jams tea coffee fresh orange well worth the money. Lovely staff very attentive deffo recommended. Great location booked again for october thanx from the lockett family
