    Can I Say Satisfy - No Not At All , It is just a "Compromising Stage of Stay"

    In Corona time , it is hard to practice each thing in a proper Way . I agree with it , but The Hotel industry is based on Hospitality Priority . It means The Customer paid the maximum amount to stay safe in this pandemic situations. On The reception area provide Sanitizer and face Masks. Also Waiters using Face Mask . When enter first time - no one is for checking Temp on entrance gate . After entrance in main lobby area and deal with Reception Officers after that the person come and check my temp. and also spray sanitizers on my luggage . this is totally fail way of precaution. Front Entry ,It is very strange that there is "No" Door Keeper or Welcome Man for opening The Glass Door. Every time you should Push or Pull for self opening Glass Door, and for this always you should "Touch Unnecessary The Door Handle " in Corona Time. That is no mean that you provide Sanitizers. The Problem is that maximum time when you entrance with your files or some luggage then you Should touch the unsensitized Door handle then same time unwilling touch your belongings, without sanitize hands. and every time it happened . When waiter served you any thing in your room then he entered in room with shoes without cover and there is no footrest in the front of room so If he will try to clean shoes before the room entry he will not. I always use sanitising spray when Waiter comes and out . I must think please provide proper shoe covers to waiters. The mattress are too soft to sleep may be more guest like that but I am not . The Mattress size is small on the bed and shown the inner ply of the Bed , in the Guest room in which I Stayed . It looks very insignificant, I never seen in any Hotel Stay. Must be Think from Housekeeping Staff and management. The house keeping staff not clean the used cups and they just clean with napkin or cloth and replaced in coffee table . I always clean my self that cups with hot water then used it. I really disappointed with these all. Well I carried my own bed sheets , covering sheets and pillow covers so I am not comment on The already spread Hotel sheets and pillow covers that they will proper clean or not , because I am not using that . Toilette seats is clean and proper sized . I suggest that must close the Air Duct which is hidden with White Plastic curtain in bathroom and close the bathroom door . No Direct exhaust Fan in bathroom. The air ventilation from that air duct . Same time some Cigratee smell comes from that air duct . so must be close bathroom door every time. No Air freshener is place in the bathroom . The major Problem is that there is no signboard for Hotel Name in lower level and also no board on Road side . Even you will stand in little side front you can not find the Name , Because It is Hide from Side Front Trees. Also you can most not seen from Front Because name is Written on 1 Floor Hight And That upper Side Logo which is not Shown any name. Please Provide Some Cards OF Name on The Base of trees. First time I Crossed 2 times in front of Hotel But I can't see the name. The Name Should Be Placed on More Hight Because the Side ways of Trees hide The Name When You seen Frome Side or Running Vehicle also no signboard on Road-side . Also the Logo is More Typical to Read or signify the Hotel Name . I hope the Management should work on it .

    Comfortable stay

    I have stayed in this hotel multiple times before Covid 19 as well as during this time once it started functioning after lockdown. It is always a pleasure to stay here. The front desk staff is very polite and helpful and the same goes for house keeping and room service. From my experience it is one of the best hotel in Bareilly and would definitely recommend it to anyone who is going to visit Bareilly for any purpose.

    SURPRISINGLY OVERWHELMING SERVICES AND DELICIOUS FOOD

    Just out of words for the overall experience of our dinner with family at The Cafe Royal Restaurant. Planned our family dinner at the Manor Bareilly and it was such a wonderful experience,could'nt believe that a city like Bareilly has such excellent services and professionalism,really impressed. Food quality was awesome for each and every item we had ordered and above all the hospitality provided was extraordinary. The kind of treatment that was given was beyond the expectations.really really impressed with the well maintained hygiene and safety standards and the clean services. the rooms are well maintained with lovely interiors. Thanks to the team for making our visit such a memorable one.All the best and kudos...

    A Family Get Together

    Hosted a family dinner at the hotel on the recommendations of my sister...It was an amazing experience with reservation and accommodation, excellent ambience, courteous service and delicious food....They provided vallet parking for the vehicles..All covid safety measures taken care of by all service staff and Managers with proper guidelines and in very professional manner.Front office and Fnb staff very very courteous and very efficient, truly amazing experience and really impressive. Good Job Leisure group. Keep it up....,,,
