  Majestic hotel sounds like another hotel but it isn't. We booked into this property expecting very little (it has high ratings and we wondered why but now we know) and we loved it. Location, helpful staff ( who helped us plan our entire itinerary spending quite a bit of time with us), arranged two of the best drivers, the decor... Great place to be in Shillong..

  Its an amazing hotel, the location is prime open from all sides, the rooms are big, clean and good! The manager/owner of the hotel is very courteous and friendly! Its a good stay and will stay here again if i visit shillong. .

  excellent stay at Shillonh

  the hotel is located at Polo, which is little bit far from main Police Bazar area. The location is quite charming & busy marketplace nearby. They have parking facility also but not for more than 5 cars. The rooms are quite good, specially the suite rooms, but double bed rooms need renovation for bathrooms. Rooms are fitted with A/C, but it is not required even in summer. Food are quite good & testy. Gym facility is also there.

  Shillong - a place to visit

  Hotel Majestic made are stay very comfortable and interesting. The attention paid by the Manager to each of our needs was really great. Food was specially prepared to satisfy the needs of each one of the thirteen individuals in the group. Staff was very cooperative and friendly.

  Just a Good Hotel

  We stayed there in room No:102 from 23/11 to 26/11/19. Service was very good and behavior of all the staff was very polite and cooperative. Taste of Food items was also good. But, they dont have Buffet system on complimentary BF. Moreover, the choice of items under complimentary BF is very limited and served in room only. Shillong is a cold place but surprised to see that this Hotel does not give Body-lotion/Moisturizer that is most common item in every Hotel for room Toiletries. The other drawback in this Hotel is there is no LIFT while the Hotel Front Desk is at 1st Floor and the rooms are on other top floors so for old aged persons it not ok.
