Can't get closer to the slopesIf you want a place where you can walk in & out during the day while skiing, this is it. The "Lofts" are directly above the shops right at the bottom of Payday. The elevator & stairs are across the hall from Aloha, so if you rent your equipment there, you can drop it off in the holding bin, cross the hall & go to your room. I hadn't processed that at the time I made my reservations for hotel & equipment - just got lucky! We had a 1-bedroom with a sofa bed - more than enough room for a family of 4, especially since the unit has 2 full bathrooms! We stayed in #24, which we found on HomeAway. It is not part of the All Seasons rentals, which means it is not get access to the pool at the Lodge (unless you manage to sweet-talk the front desk - I got lucky with a super nice guy there). Just realize, going to the pool means you have a bit of a distance to walk outside. My boys considered it an adventure. The only downside is that the slopes are groomed at night. And, the learning slope, closest to the rooms, seems to be groomed between 2-3 a.m. If you aren't a heavy sleeper, bring some earplugs. I could swear they are driving in reverse more than forward with all the beeping! Yet, convenience trumps everything for us. When anyone needed a break, he/she would head to the room. Need a snack? Head to the room. Want to go out to dinner? The bus stop is a 2-minute walk. Want coffee? There's a stand right down the stairs. Food at the Lodge or the Mexican restaurant? Less than 2-minute walk. Done with your break? Down the stairs & across the hall for the equipment, then out the door to the slopes. It doesn't get any better!

Can't get any better than this!We have ski a lot, stayed at amazing properties in the Rockies and here Park City. The Loft Village #27 is the closest we have ever been to the slopes. Very comfortable and the views to the Mountain and the lifts are unbeatable. We came with a family of 5 the unit of one bedroom and 2 bathrooms, we are used to staying at condos with 2 to 3 bedrooms, this unit is extremely comfortable and roomy. We love this unit and we will be back for sure. Love it!!!

GREAT LOCATION FOR SKIERSVery nice, older property at the bottom of the main ski lift in Park City. We had a room with city view, which was fantastic since the property sits on the mountainside above Main Street. Short walk to the bottom of Main Street -- steep walk back. Some rooms have enclosed parking. If not -- it's outside and first come. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

It's all about location!!We stayed at the Loft for 3 nights, in unit 26. The unit needs to be updated but is mostly functional. The microwave didn't work but maintenance brought in a counter top unit. The TV sound in the family room was very low - even with the controls at full volume, and the sofa bed cushions had seen better days. BUT, the view was spectacular, the showers were HOT, and we were 2 minutes away from stepping on the snow. I would definitely stay here again, but perhaps in a different unit. The whole experience of being at the village was great, and staff were very helpful and friendly. Just keep in mind that if you order food/beverage here it will be pricey.

Extremely Poor Customer ServiceI booked a condo several months ago for the middle of February 2021. I was coming to Park City with my family for conference. Now, over two months prior to arrival, the conference has been cancelled due to the spike in COVID cases in Utah and the US in general. I called the resort to ask for a refund or credit for another year, however I was told the 20% deposit is nonrefundable. I explained the situation and was told on two separate days there is nothing I can do to other than leave voicemail for the manager, which I have done now twice. They are withholding almost $1000 from my personal credit card for this trip that was supposed to be for work (reimbursable) which will now not take place. They are unwilling to help in this national crisis and I will never stay here in the future for work or pleasure.
