    Stay at the Lodges at Crest Haven

    Excellent staff.Check in was easy .Valerie was very nice and helpful . My third time staying at this resort and I plan on returning next year.Much needed break.The unit was clean. The grounds was clean also

    This place is a peaceful retreat. Beautiful lodges and surreal views. This was our third time visiting and cant say enough good things, the lodges themselves are gorgeous and the views amazing. I will def come back and recommend.

    Just the two of us.

    We arrived about 4:15 and the office was closed. A packet was left outside in a basket with keys. We had no idea where to go and that took us 15 minutes to figure that out. The room was huge and beautiful however the walls were paper thin and even though it wasn't busy season I could even hear my neighbors phone chime when they got a text . Needless to say we spent a very quiet evening listening to our neighbors.

    Wow Family Winter Vacation!!!

    Outstanding! Amazing winter vacation you could imagine in snowing environment, Everything about our stay was excellent. It was a Wow for my family the moment we stepped in our rooms, my daughter approved it with a 5 star thump. Thanks to VALERIE, she made all we needed and requested for possible beyond our expectations and anticipations. This has officially become our summer gate away home. The accommodations were roomy and modern. The view of the lake was Marvelous. Beautiful balcony for eating outdoors or just relaxing. Note; Please do pay attention to the TV remote for the simple functions, it wasn't so efficient but we managed, until we left with very little technical assistance, thanks to the smart TVs you got in the rooms. Jacuzzi was our best moments at the Lodge, we really enjoyed it all the time, felt like having a bath always. Nevertheless, management please do pay attention to the black flakes mold coming out from the Jacuzzi , nearly spoiled the moment, but we didn't allow it to!! This place is the best, the staff is fantastic, Valerie is the best unfortunately we couldn't meet her as she had left for Christmas holidays!! Summer will be back!!!

    Nice to be back

    Needed to stay in state due to COVID. Perfect opportunity to revisit our favorite accommodations at Lake George. Stayed in Oak Tree Lodges with 2 master bedrooms and baths this time. Very nice for couples. We previously stayed in other 2 bdrm units with grandsons and that was great as well.
