  Lovely stay in a lovely B&B

  We stayed for one night while attending a birthday celebration nearby. Steve was very welcoming and the room had everything we needed. Beautiful setting and very comfortable and clean. A great shower. The highlight was breakfast cooked perfectly ion the same room as we ate by Steve while he engaged us in friendly conversation. Quite how he produced a full Yorkshire with poached egg and separate scrambled eggs both to perfection while chatting and with all the ease of a TV chef was a master class. Would definitely go again.

  So pleased to have found this B&B which is well placed for visiting Halifax and surrounding area. In a stunning spot with terrific views. Janet and Steve are the most accommodating hosts making exceptional efforts to make us comfortable. Breakfast fabulous too. Highly recommend staying here.

  Amazing

  Myself & my partner stayed at the lodge last night, this was our first visit. The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. Beautiful rooms amazing views of the surrounding counrtyside. The rooms are so clean and comfortable and the proprioter was so accomodating, even driving us to the event we were attending so we didn't have to get a taxi. The most amazing showers ensuite. The breakfasts were also fantastic. I can' recommend this beautiful lodge for anyone visiting brighouse. We will definitely book again

  Cozy Bed & Breakfast

  Had to stay in Brighouse for a business meeting and I didnt want to stay in Manchester or Leeds. I was glad I made this choice. Steven is a great innkeeper who caters to all your needs. Nice rooms with all the modern amenities and Steven makes a great breakfast. Not very far from several good dining options in the town of Brighouse.

  Perfect for business or pleasure!

  Working in Huddersfield forna couple of days, my firm booked me in here for 2 nights. I'm so glad they did! The rooms are in a separate building, and come well equipped with everything you would need. Iron and ironing board in the room, along with a robe, plenty of towels and a selection of toiletries! Even complimentary sanitary products (although, being a man I didnt avail myself of these)! Shower was great, hit and powerful. Room temperature good, and the bed very comfortable with a selection of pillows. Down the hall there is a guest lounge with to big comfy sofas, TV, books etc. And a small kitchen. Coffee and tea is supplied. Perfect as staying with a colleague. It meant we were able to sit at the table with a cuppa and discuss our training course. This room also doubles as a breakfast room. Breakfast was spot on! Even black pudding! Lady who looked after us was Brill. Really friendly and cooked breakfast beautifully. Fresh filter coffee was also pouring which was most welcome. We felt so at home we were walking around in socks and really enjoyed our stay. Top Mark's! I would certainly stay again and bring the missus.
