  Great value friendly B&B near the sea

  Very friendly B&B where I felt very welcomed not just on arrival but every morning during breakfast. Breakfast was well organised and altho I only had toast the different options available looked amazing. My room was a single so altho small it was v clean with big windows and lovely ensuite plus a kettle and hairdryer.(no fridge though). This must be a dog friendly hotel as I saw people able to bring their pets with them and it was also nice to be welcomed by the B&B'sown dog whenever I returned. Plenty of places to park on the road outside and only 2 mins walk down to the seafront. I would definitely stay again as it was also excellent value.

  Stayed here for a week

  Had a good time here. The hotel staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast is fantastic and you get a good selection to choose from. In terms of location its in a great spot with sea views. The main town is a short 5 min walk away as well. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the hotel lets it down. The room was dirty and the shower suffered from a lot of mildew. The room was also very small for a deluxe superking with little space to hang your clothes up. (We would suggest getting coat hooks) We felt that the hotel overall could do with renovating and freshening up. It has so much potential to be better. All in all we were satisfied to a degree. At the end of the day it was a spot to put our heads down in the evening after being out all day. We do feel that it was overpriced for what we got which was disappointing. We would stay here again if the hotel was renovated and the cleanliness was dramatically improved

  Lovely hotel anc great location.

  From the moment we step through the door the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean and we had everything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble. My husband wasnt arriving at the hotel until the second night me and my son were there. The owner of the hotel kindly let him have his drinks from the honesty bar on the house which was very kind. The breakfasts were well organised and good choice of food. All breakfasts we ate were delicious. The location is superb as the seafront is literally a 1 minute walk and town is only a 5 minute walk. Although the car park only holds about 3 cars there was plenty of room on the road to park. I would definitely stay again.

  Very welcoming, beautiful, Highly recommend

  We stayed in the Lerryn hotel, Falmouth in November as we were working near by. They were so welcoming, friendly and very helpful. With options very limited for breakfast/dinner due to Covid-19 pandemic, they were very helpful with giving us options and the breakfast here in the morning was lovely! The rooms/hotel were lovely/ very clean. The location is great, easy to get to not far to walk to Falmouth centre and the beach. Definitely recommend.

  Good value accommodation with excellent breakfast.

  I stayed at the Lerryn for two nights. I'd booked a single room and was upgraded to a double on arrival. The public areas and the bedroom were clean and tidy and I was staying during late autumn they were warm and comfortable. The hotel has a small car park which can hold about 4 cars and as its located in a quiet residential area theres ample roadside parking nearby if necessary. Theres a good selection of breakfast options, the cooked Cornish breakfast is excellent. The sea front is about 100 yards away and the town shops and Falmouth Town Railway Station are about a 10 minute walk.
