  I do apologize but Im not happy with the service

  This is the second time to stay at this hotel the first stay was better than the second time as when I came to check in the hotel looks busy with some movie shoots so they didnt care with the guest more than last time and today on my last day at 6 am I was sleeping the bathroom had problem the pipe of the toilet it break by it self and I got scared due I was sleeping so I call front desk to informe about this matter the service was slow I think they might think Im joking so I call them second time for that until the ENG came to fix it but what got me more upset that even the staff who answer the phone didnt apologize this time really bad service only as I remember the bill man was helpful and he smile up on my check in but if I will come back next time to this hotel I will come for the location not more I wish they can take care of their guest more even if they have movie shoot in the end we are paying as well .

  Disappointed

  Was staying with a wedding party. Firstly we were overcharged. The hotel didn't amend this until we had already returned to the UK. Also was charged for taking nexk pillows which I assumed was complementary (wasnt on the price list) which was not communicated when we checked out instead again we got billed after returning got the UK. The room we stayed in was ok. But could hear everything from adjacent rooms. Pool was mediocre. Breakfast was ok. Great location. But definitely wouldn't stay here again.

  Bedrooms good... but

  Bedrooms were clean and well kept. Good A/C. Not many channels on TV. Front of house staff ok. Didn't use hotel TUk tuk as only went to beach really. Breakfast not the best...east trying to make west. Good shopping mall next door to get breakfast if can wait til 10:00am. Bar/restaurant expensive (when open!) staff didn't like guests ' just having a drink'.... all in all, ok. Sure there's better though

  Not worth the price

  We booked this hotel as the other hotel which we always stay was hotel and price was in the same range. As a result, this hotel was very terrible. (1) The tap is improperly designed and water splashed to you when you open the water. (2) They only served breakfast in the room. We stayed more than 14 nights in various other hotels through Thailand, but they all served food in the restaurant. Of course we had to appoint time to keep the social distance, but it is till fine for us. Having breakfast in the small room was very uncomfortable. (3) The breakfast was already cold. They did not bring salt etc. We were not sure how we can have another cup of coffee in this style. We should have avoided breakfast and enjoyed nicer breakfast in the cafe outside. (4) The gym was closed. We use gym to stay fit during trip so it was really disappointing that gym was closed or under maintenance. They did not say anything about that in their homepage. They showed nice gym photos in the homepage. We want some money back as we could not use the gym. (5) English capability of the staff was terrible. (6) Considering above, we paid too much for our stay.

  Nice hotel in good area

  Nice hotel a short walk from the beach & Cicada market with a shopping mall next door. There is a free shuttle service to take you to and from the Cicada market and into town as well. The hotel is clean, rooms are a nice size and the hotel staff are friendly & helpful.
