  The hotel has no lift! On the top floor the water preassure is low. Restaurant is good. Distance to shopping area is good. Walking distance to the shops. Majestic view of Fish Tail Peak! Awewome view of Lake Fewa from the balcony though. Staff are ok..wifi service shd be improved!

  A Pleasant experience

  One frankly doesn't have much expectations from a hotel in Nepal, or at least I didn't have much, but to my surprise the place turned out to be surprisingly pleasant. Staff is well trained as they have a lot of tourists coming over, room service was pretty satisfactory & food was very decent. All in all a good experience. Add to that the proximity the place has with the main city market and the casinos.

  Excellent Location, Pleasant stay

  Visited this hotel on 10th December 2015, was impressed with their hospitality & sharing living room for every two rooms. this hotel is located 2 mins away from the Durbar marg, heart of Kathmandu & best places with lots of options of restaurant & bar. in the night this place gets very lively. loved the hotel & will be definitely back

  Poor Management, Terrible Spa

  I went for a Body massage inside Landmark Hotel, I thought it will be good spa inside hotel but it was very terrible, my therapist is not professional, just apply oil. I asked for 60 min body massage but she did just 25 min and said finished. At last she offer me for bad activities and ignored it and complain to the manager of the beauty salon but she fight back with me saying she did 60 min massage. I paid full money to them and I complain to the hotel reception about the incident, I told them check the cc camera what time I entered to the hotel. They promised me to take actions, I don't know what happened later, I highly warned you all do not go for spa services inside Landmark hotel, Kathmandu.
