    Un hotel increíble

    Es de los hoteles más encantadores que he visto! Las camas parecen que te abrazan, el baño es una experiencia única, ya que los pisos tienen termostato y el escusado también (el escusado también tiene luz). La tina es indescriptible, es más que un jacuzzi! Todos los productos del baño son marca L'Occitane. Tienen bebidas complementarias. Lo mejor de todo, es que tienen una chimenea inteligente y una tele enorme! La decoración es muy a doc al lugar! Lo recomiendo muchísimo. El servicio es excelente y cuentan con una camioneta que te puede estar llevando a donde gustes! No es broma cuando digo que es un excelente hotel!! Y vale cada peso!! Tiene una vista increíble al lago y con un restaurante de la mejor calidad!!

    HERMOSO HOTEL EXCELENTE SERVICIO

    Muy buen hotel en la orilla del lago, hermosas vistas, excelente servicio, nos convocaron con una botella de champagne, muy buen SPA con excelentes masajistas, shuttle hasta el village de donde sale la góndola hacia la montaña ,son 5 cuadras, y a 3 cuadras de los casinos de la parte de Nevada. Muy recomendable!

    Luxury it is not - Overpriced and overrated!

    Booked this based on it's proximity to the lake ( it's only saving grace otherwise it would be one circle review). From the time we arrived to register, front desk (two) were set up and both personnel were seating down and stayed sitting down when I approached the desk, manners dictate she would at least stand as way of acknowledgement, for the way this hotel was rated we expected a lot more especially for how much they charge, and it is NOT cheap! I got a map and list of restos, and we were then given instruction by the man who I guess act as concierge (??) where to park and how to get to our room ( I do not see why the front desk could not have done the same thing?) bec if they thought this to be an extra special step they failed on that. We get to our room, didnt even have a bottle water??! Surely, even one of each (two adults booked) would have gone a long way, no robes, no slippers, like come on! this was suppose to be one of the luxury hotels in the area?? I have been to at least 40 countries and cheap hotels we have stayed have done better with their hospitality. The heated floor did not work ( another supposed unique feature besides the lake nearby) even after twice the engineering came around to have a look ( this was winter and that would have gone a long way when using the bathroom as it is marble to it keeps the cold in; we can also hear the folks next door and I mean we can CLEARLY hear their convos, how can a top notch hotel have such thin walls? As this was winter, we did not know how to truly operate the heater in the room ( electric fireplace turns off after an hour) so we adjusted the thermostat and come 3AM in the morning the room was at 83F ( 28C) which we did not adjust to that heat level!!! so of crse we were soaking in our own sweat, and the bed was too uncomfortable ( whoever reviewed that they had the best sleep here I don't know how that is possible!) the bed was a springbed and I was aching and at this point I was just frustrated, turning our stay in Tahoe miserably , and I contract Booking.com how to cancel the other night we had booked, they instructed us to call front desk directly, and when I had rang up, front desk didnt even ask why we are checkin out early?!?! VERY POOR CUSTOMER service ( I have worked in a hotel before). Go book somewhere else nearby if the lake is what you are after. Just not worth it here.

    Wonderful 30th Anniversary trip

    After a disappointing travel experience with United Airlines, we were greeted with a warm smile from the front desk manager, Michelle. She asked about our travels and the unfortunate reality of our missing luggage. She was very nice, professional and took care of our needs from the time we entered the hotel lobby to the time we went to our room. She had Champagne for us as we checked in, and had provided the extra blankets and towels my husband asked for in our room already. They had also given us a room that we requested so we can take full advantage of the lake view during our stay. She stepped outside to direct us to our room which we found with no problem. The room was just as we had expected cute, quaint and the expected view of the lake. It was a little smaller than what we had thought but it was actually just fine. Michelle did say that she had a larger room if we were not happy but it would not have the view that we had requested. We loved the fireplace and the balcony. The fireplace turned off on its own which was nice because it did get the room nice and toasty. I believe you just had to click the plus button on the controls to add more time for it to remain lit. The bed was quite comfortable. We loved the bathroom floors, large shower and the heated toilet seat. That was our main treat lol. We did notice that the floors were only warm in the middle of the bathroom but not along the edges or wall. It did feel nice to walk on warm floors given how cold it was outside. The one thing I wasn't happy with was the soap dispenser in the shower area. It was quite short so you had to place your towel right up to the nozzle to get the soap on your towel or hand. That was not good for COVID reasons but also it came out very slowly. I would suggest adding longer nozzles to have easier access to soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Otherwise it might be best to have the small samples for guests. The robes were also nice but my hubby is tall so it did not fit him, which was a bummer. They need to have a his and her robes, so it fits most guys. There was not a lot of room in the closet for our luggage so that was a little cumbersome having to place it in the corner of the room near the lamp taking us space from the room. The coffee bar was nicely stocked with what we requested. It would have been nice to have complimentary water at least in the refrigerator. The tap water was cold and really good so we drank that after we got ice from the front desk. The wall are a little thin so be aware but I think it was because we had a family with children next to us. They checked out the next day after we arrived so it was peaceful the rest of our stay. Otherwise I would have asked to move. Unfortunately we did not get to enjoy the restaurant or the gym since it was closed due to COVID. They also were not providing room cleanings but you could request it. Jimmys did open during our stay but it was only for take out and we were there with another couple so that was not going to work for us. We did go and see the heated pool and spa but did not get it in. Just did not want to take a chance and get sick given how cold it was outside. The Heavenly Village and casino were right down the street within walking distance. The shuttle to the village or casino was not running until late Thursday so we did not get to experience that part of the resort. We will definitely be back to enjoy all the amenities and a larger room with a view.

    Quick birthday getaway

    I had been looking for A nice hotel for my husband and I to stay in as we were celebrating hes 55th birthday. Let me just say that everything about this beautiful hotel was nothing less than AMAZING. The young lady at the check in desk (I think her name was Melissa) was so very helpful in getting my husband and I checked in after Booking.com dropped the ball on our reservations. Jason the front desk helper was also very helpful in getting our luggage to our room and making sure everything regarding our room was what correct. The hotel is hidden away from all the other hotels on the Main Street located Across from the hotel sits a really nice clean beach in which my husband and I took full advantage of when we checked out the hotel the following day. Our room was everything the website said it would be. Everything from the heated toilet seats and heated bathroom floors to the 2 white robes that we so happily wore later that night. The bed was very comfy and clean. Our room was super spacious and I I really adore the Decor. The patio attached to our room had the most amazing view of the lake. On a scale from 0 to 10 my husband and I will rate this hotel a Solid 11, We will definitely be back within the near future to enjoy Landing Spa Resort.
