  Nice property situated in silence of hills having 34 rooms,rooms are basic.Food at restaurant is fine not too great as per Lalit standard,well stocked bar is adjoining restaurant.Evening tea & pottery making at Tappad with charpai & muddas give a different village feel.On Saturdays there is live music also at the same place.There are no extra entertainment venues.No activities for kids.

  Birthday celebration

  Fantastic place, lovely surroundings and an awesome food and service makes this place a perfect weekend getaway.. will definitely recommend to spend some time at this beautiful property.. special thanks to Sameer Tiwari, for a extremely high service standards.. staff like Sameer are an absolute asset to The Lalit.. once again thanks a lot

  Terrible hotel, worst service, rude staff, pathetic people

  Being in a travel company, I never prefer to write something wrong about hotel. I do not review the bad hotels but I am writing this review to help people to know about this property. This hotel has irritate us a lot, nobody willing to pick up the call, no service from their side. We need to call them atleast 5 times just to ask for a single price or anything, have never this seen this kind of sevices from any 5 star hotel. Sales person Vikramjit is the rude person and have never seen any sales person who speak wrong about the client. For the sake of booking, he did not even find it important to inform us that they have some wedding function in the hotel which will be there for the whole day, So firstly, he failed to inform us at the time he was taking this booking, when guest complaints about it, he started saying I will see, I will speak to hotel and bla bla and he wasted almost 3 hours and did not speak to anyone. When we tried to call him and talk about it he said the client want the freebies only. Client has paid the huge amount for 1 night stay just to stay peacefully with the family and you have spoiled his whole day and still you are saying, that its the mistake of client. When you speak to hotel staff, they are saying something else. No co-ordination between the sales and hotel staff, they are just money makers. Do not expect service from this hotel. Food doesn't even match the standard of Lalit. It was worst experience that I have booked this hotel for my client. They do not believe in the client satisfaction, they are just there to make money especially this sales person Mr Vikramjit.

  SERVICE is what they lack !

  Am reviewing the property while staying and having another day to go . Surroundings are beautiful (no doubt ) with the Aravalis being sighted from each room . However what makes a start property is not the views or the backdrops but the quality of service and staff training which is lacking here ! Ever thought of the main lobby being transformed to a party hall ! Well, thats what you will experience if there is a function here which at the time of booking they didnt inform , otherwise surely would not have booked here . There is limited space to move about in the property and with the main lobby, dining area being cordoned off for the function, you are hardly left with any space to move about . More than anything else, its service what needs a major upgrade . Intense staff training is what they require . Seems Lalit Mangar is taking trainees or just any fresher without any training which I got to know when I asked the bartender for fresh lime soda and he went to call his senior. I understood that something is lacking and ordered for a normal coke to my wonder that he was unable to understand it and searching for it in various other soft drinks cans ! Another event was during lunch sometime back when we told to replace the salt sprinkler and he gave us the pepper sprinkler inspite of having counter checked. Finally i had to call him again to show him the colour of the salt which he was amazed at ! After all how could pepper look like salt ! Finally I called for the cheque to and till now havent received it ! Better for me ! We requested housekeeping for our room before going for lunch at around 12:30 and till 2:45 there aint any sight of them as they are busy preparing rooms for the new check ins as we ourselves got the room an hour late yesterday than the scheduled 2pm . My honest suggestion at the price what you are paying, its just not worth it ! Just if they can train that staff at TRIDENT ! Not a place to go on weekends and if there is any function or event ! Do check it and get in writing !

  AMAZING PROPERTY

  From the start till the end everything was so amazing at this property . We opted for the Aravali view room and we were not disappointed all thanks to Mr Mukesh who made sure that our every need was taken care of and we loved every single thing they did for us to make our trip memorable . we will be visiting again very soon .
