  Having spent several weeks here due to work commitments I can honestly say it is by far one of the friendliest welcoming establishments in Chipping. The staff really go out of thier way to accommodate and help with any problems. Emma in particular is a great front of house host, great banter and personality. In fact all the staff are are very welcoming...and Toms home cooked breakfast is legendary. Overall a fantastic stay!

  Good Value

  Spent 3 nights here in a family room and explored the Cotswold's from there. Room was warm and a decent size - the kids loved the novelty staircase up to the double bed. Nice meal on the first evening we arrived and breakfast was good quality and plentiful every morning. Def a local pub which is always a good sign and we mingled where we could and enjoyed a few sharpeners each night. Our room only had a bath, but we knew this when booking. Toilet seat was broken but Tom the manager replaced this quickly. Not a fan of carpet in the bathroom, but again, I knew it was there so def not complaining! We got the last family room and it was plenty big enough for the four of us! Car park at the rear only big enough for 4 cars but a free car park is nearby I believe. Staff looked after us well and the Kings Arms represents good value for money - thanks for having us!

  Lovely, quaint! Nice

  We stayed at the pub in the small hotel room at the far rear and upstairs. Fantastic look to the place We are a family of four, the kids loved the mezzanine setup and the spiral staircase. Great location, Food was alright, plentiful, tasty with generous kids servings, just what you want from pub grub :-) Yes, theres fancier places around, Yes, theres better food around. But this place has character, is very well priced and located, you cant go wrong! Well be back :-)

  Great Place to Stay

  Six of us stayed here 17.10.20. The staff were fantastic, (Imogen in particular, for dressing the birthday table) the food and hospitality was 110%. We will be booking again to stay, covid permitting.

  Brilliant location

  Stayed here 2 nights and would recommend. Great location. Small high street but lots of pubs to choose from. We atr at the Kings Arms too and the food was good. Room was great, lovely large bathroom. The staff were lovely and really helpful.
