  Great Overnight Stay

  Forgot to make my review earlier. This hotel was my first stay at a BCMInns property and do find it caters to the blue collar worker who wants a nice place to stay but anyone else on the road as well. Nice modern hotel off the road that gives you everything you'd need plus breakfast at the beginning of the day. Nothing much else in the area but a nice hotel that I've first seen from this particular chain. Start seeing more BCMInns appearing in smaller blue collar cities as there isn't one in Calgary for example.

  Super Friendly Staff All

  Great room,clean bright,everything you need is in the room. Even the things you forgot. Great location,gas bar,deli,etc across the parking lot. Well thought out. I would have no hesitation recommending this Hotel.

  Wow! Awesome.

  I cant say enough good things about this place. We stayed here for 16 days while my husband was working up here. We have 2 small children and a pup. Upon finding out our family situation and the length of our stay, they changed our room to a ground floor suite with a kitchenette and an outside door to make it more convenient for us to come and go, and so the kids would have more space to play. The cleaning staff does an excellent job. They check with us to see when a convenient time to clean our room would be, and they do a fantastic job of freshening up the room. They also check on non-cleaning days (scheduled days due to Covid) to ensure we have enough amenities. The front desk staff is friendly and accommodating, namely the manager. I would recommend this hotel 10/10 times.

  excellent hospitality and cleanliness.

  Moved to this Hotel from another in town. Previous hotel's hospitality and customer service was poor to say the least. The staff at the Kanata was very curtious and accomadating. They got us in right away and let us check in early as we were here for work/business. We were even given a rate "break" due to the problems we encountered at our previous hotel. The rooms and Hotel as a whole were very nice and quite clean. The beds were also comfortable and the rooms spacious. All these things made for a pleasant stay. I will and would recomend them to others.

  Best hotel in town

  Stayed here for a night while working in the area and was thoroughly impressed. Clean, stylish, and comfortable spacious rooms. The service was excellent. Beds are comfy, shower is great, and the breakfast did the trick. This is now my first choice for places to stay in Whitecourt.
