  Two night stay. Clean, quiet facility. Spacious grounds. Great for exercising our dog.Parking was good. Hotel is close to amenities such as shopping, coffee and gas. Staff helpful and very accommodating. Breakfast was acceptable

  Excellent Hotel!

  I was traveling to Lac La Biche, and decided to stay at the Kanata Hotel. What a wonderful surprise this was. The room was so nice, I actually decided to stay there an extra night instead of going on to Lac La Biche. The young lady at the front desk was wonderful and even gave me a recommendation for dinner. I will definitely be staying here again when I return in May.

  Excellent Hotel/Excellent Staff

  Stayed at this Hotel for a first time Jan 2020. The Hotel is well maintained, rooms and lobby are very clean. The staff were absolutely fantastic to deal with very welcoming and willing to go above and beyond. The complimentary Breakfast was nice way to start the day. Prices were also very affordable. I upgraded to a King Suite which gave me some added room to complete some late night emails and such.

  Perfect Stay

  I have stayed at this location for probably a total of 3 months over the course of the last year and I cannot recommend it enough. When I stay elsewhere I have to keep in mind how spoiled Kanata Inn has made me. The rooms are always immaculate, the whole place is always clean. The hospitality is unmatched, from housekeeping to the front desk, I have never had a bad experience. They treat everyone like a friend. The location is also perfect, everything you need is within walking distance, but it is still very quiet. I could go on and on about how great this place is! Thank you for always providing a top notch stay!

  Outstanding customer service

  My fiancé and I had rooms blocked off with The Kanata Inns Fort Saskatchewan on what was supposed to be our wedding day April 4, 2020. From start to end all of the staff we talked to were so great and very accommodating. They really tried to go the extra mile for us even though things didnt work out with this pandemic. A couple things they did that impressed me was when booking a few friends booked late after the end of the blocked period and they still were going to honour the quoted price. They also offered to let us use a meeting room for free to take some before wedding pictures. There were in constant communication while things changed as the pandemic progressed. When we did finally have to cancel the wedding for good, the manager Andrew sent me a very nice email, which I didnt see at first because it went into my junk mail, and when I didnt reply to that they called and followed up with me. They offered us the king size jacuzzi suite on the night that we were supposed to have our wedding. It was a very thoughtful gesture and was very appreciated on that day! We will certainly be trying to rebook here for the future and will always recommend this Inn because of their fantastic staff and hospitality.
