    No es un hotel.

    Me gusta alojarme en pequeños hoteles exclusivos en zonas centrales; había visto este anunciado y decidí probarlo, viendo que las fotos tenían buena pinta. Me gustó: La ubicación, el precio y el tamaño de la habitación. No me gustó: Debe anunciarse como un apartamento, ya que no ofrece los servicios típicos de un hotel. Además el mobiliario era antiguo y oscuro, a diferencia de lo que aparecía en las fotos.

    Staycation package - a pretty good deal

    Booked 1 night at Booking.com 12xx which included a breakfast and late check out till 2pm Breakfast is good at Kaffe, and also use the $100 coupon for coffee beans at cafe life Room is super spacious and with high privacy as each floor have 2 rooms it separate by the fire exit and you shall never see your neighbour at all. Check in is efficient and the reception lady is very kind and helpful who also help out to send the ice bucket to us. Kitchenette was requested during the reservation stay, and its preset in the room already. We do enjoy cooking that night, it would be better if they could also provide kitchen towel as we could only settle ourselves using the bathroom one Overall, a very good one night stay and probably will be back

    A first rate building for-out without the matching service

    Is stayed here a week and quite like the part of town. Close to MTR and the restaurants of Sheung Wan. The quality of the fitout is great. The room I had sported a sitting area with a partial kitchen, a large bedroom and big bathroom. Nice fixtures and all very functional. It's probably the place to stay if you don't need any help from staff - for directions, dining suggestions and so on. Checking in was harder than it should have been and we waited nearly 15 minutes for somebody to show up. They wanted to photocopy credit cards, passport and driver's licence despite the fact that we'd securely supplied these before arriving. They could open a bank account with that much ID. After a stand-off, they backed down. So while the building is right, it's not place you'd rave about for the service experience. You can do better given the rates.

    Enjoyable Staycation

    Have been trying different hotels for staycations in the past year or so as we are stuck in Hong Kong unable to travel overseas during the pandemic. The Jervois is one of the best hotels for staycations in Hong Kong. The hotel room is well designed and very clean. What I like the most is the little kitchen they have inside the room! We just cooked ourselves a simple dinner and enjoyed the night quietly. Nothing super fancy but a very comfortable stay. The staff at reception are very polite and helpful and reponsed to our requests promptly. For sure will recommend The Jervois and visit again!
