  Other great options in Denver

  We are local to the area, but my husband and I needed a date night and some couples time away from a full household, so we decided to book a suite at the Jacquard for the night. We were so excited for the break and to try a new hotel. We've stayed at several in the area prior to our move to Colorado. By comparison to those, we know this will be our last visit to the Jacquard and will not recommend it to those visiting. The Cherry Creek area is a great area and the $700/night suite we booked at the hotel was undeniably pretty and well appointed (with a Peloton). But we didn't know that until hours after check in .... the room wasn't ready until well after the check in time (despite us checking in early on the mobile app and informing the hotel of our arrival time). Although the hotel was not booked, and the website showed there were other suites available, they made us wait instead of assigning a different room. At this price point, that's not ok and was a disappointment that we lost time and were displaced for a much needed break. The customer service agent checking in another couple at the desk was also incredibly rude and interjected in on the conversation to gruffly and haughtily inform me that the prior visitors had a late check out and they couldn't get it ready. Not this this was a big deal, but the hotel also didn't honor our request for extra towels. The customer service is NOT four star hotel level - more like 2 or 3. The very small hotel lobby was also packed with a large group of people making social distancing impossible, if that is important to you as a traveler. There are other fantastic hotels that you can consider (and which we will in the future) - the Crawford, The Ritz, The Brown .... stay on the well beaten path for this one.

  Execution at the the highest level

  When I come from Vail to Denver for business meetings I like a nice hotel. This recent trip I needed a meeting space for 4 people so I asked if they had a suite with a good size table. What I got was an amazing room that was incredibly professional. My partners & customers were wowed but the 7th floor view. The sleeping area was completely shut off behind frosted glass doors, so the experience was more similar to a class A+ office meeting. No problem with the 3 cars needing valet. Thank you too for the great restaurant recommendation! See you again soon. I am not staying anywhere else. Ted

  Bad service

  Horrible service and staff were rude. Food is overpriced staff just talked with each other and did not respond to customers. Its a nice location but i will not return. Too bad that a potentially good place is not well managed

  Best hotel in downtown Denver

  The hotel has a boutique feeling to it - the rooms are cozy and very well decorated. Everything is clean and new. I especially liked the pool and hot tub on top of the hotel - very nice view and right water temperature. Would stay again in the future! I have stayed here for Christmas and Presidents Day at the end of my Colorado skiing trip, and both times I have been extremely happy with my stay.

  Incredible Stay

  Every part of the stay at Jacquard hotel in Cherry Creek was amazing. The room was immaculately clean, great view, and so comfortable. All the staff we encountered couldnt have been friendlier. One of the valet guys gave a ton of great restaurant recommendations, then as we were leaving the front office manager noticed our truck had a low tire so she and the maintenance team used a compressor to fill it for us. Thank you to the entire Jacquard team for a fantastic stay!!
