HorribleVisited Mahabaleshwar thrice. Need to share this was the worst experience ever. No complaints would work since the management was careless about its guests. Posting some photos that would help you decide about your stay here. Power cut is a regular feature of the hotel. Generator of the hotel is as old as this hill station. Swimming pool is unkempt. Dont feel like putting your feet in. Hot water is for very limited time. So when u feel to take a good shower after a days excursion you have to bear with cold water. Staff consists of illiterate locals here. Bathroom windows have a gap giving you a nice views both ways (pun intended). Even that complaint was attended after speaking with management and that too with a temporary solution by placing a bunch of newspaper in the gap. In all worst experience after spending a hefty amount.

Horrible Lodge, good RestaurantWe were about 11 people there from 25th Aug 2018 evening to 27th Aug 2018 Morning. The lodge is a very old looking one, It was raining outside and inside the Lodge. The management Switches off power after you sleep and till Morning 6 or 6.30 on the guests repeated requests, they put on. There is generator but rarely put on. Similarly at Morning 7 they give hot water and they start chasing you, have you finished bath, to put off. Evening no chance of Hot water. The retaurant is good and its staff are co-operative and make the food of your choice.

disappointedwe visited during diwali vacations. cottages are horribly attacked by insects, no hot water. in all poorly managed resort which is infact situated in good location. food quality was poor. there are 2-3 big gujju, marwadi families stayed during our visit, so from breakfast to dinner we unwantedly eat gujju menu. in breakfast we only had banana and corn flex. because we maharashtrians do not eat farsan or fafda in breakfast. means, come on how can a resort differentiate between customers like this? in short, there are much better options than this. think twice before booking.
