  Good Hotel in good location.

  We stayed in mid March for 3 nights for my Father in Laws 80th Birthday visit to Jersey. Sadly we cut short our trip my one night due to the uncertainty over the virus and pending lock downs. The hotel its self is in good condition very clean with great friendly staff, room very comfortable and was cleaned every day. Location is just out of town but that was not a problem for us as we had a car which we could park adjacent the hotel. Breakfast was excellent very filling to set you up for the day, we eat one meal of an evening which again cannot fault excellent failure for money, plus a great bar area. Overall would recommend this hotel and if returning to Jersey would stay here again.

  6 night stay

  Nice hotel in a good location, parking opposite but has limited spaces and not ideal for big cars. Rooms are clean and comfortable, shower good, all that you need. Our room 203 was on the small side and near to the road which can be quite noisy especially in the mornings. Also in front of window is smoking area so you can hear people 2 floors below. Breakfast was excellent and staff very friendly. Would stay here again.

  Lovely place

  We are just back from a lovely week in jersey staying in the inn . The first room we were given we were very disappointed with so much so that we were considering writing off the £700 we had paid up front for the week and booking somewhere else . The Bedroom room was very small (bathroom was huge ) And it overlooked the main road which was extremely noisy . The room was also extremely warm and the electric fan in the corner done nothing to cool it down ,opening a window just made the traffic noise worse . However we spoke to lovely receptionist the next morning who offered us a different room without question . The difference between the rooms was light night and day . The second room was beautiful and spacious and had air conditioning too . The actions of this receptionist charged our experience (1st time in jeresey). From disappointed to delighted . The receptionist even offered to get our luggage transferred by a member of staff . In the course of transferring to the other room my husband managed to leave 3 pairs of Tommy Hilfiger shorts in a drawer. These were quickly retrieved by a staff member and delivered to our new room . We were very impressed with the outstanding customer service .The staff in this hotel without exception are the hotels biggest asset . Sorry didnt get their names but the bar man come handy man and the receptionist deserve a special mention . We enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning and also throughly enjoyed an evening meal from their extensive menu. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to return . Be prepared to walk if you do not have a car as the hotel sits on a steep incline approx 1km outside the main square/shops etc though .

  Friendly hotel with excellent service. Staff could not do enough to make your stay enjoyable. Food excellent and breakfast choice very good and certainly sufficient to set you up for the day ahead. A very memorable Enjoyable and visit.

  Anniversary Staycation

  Loved this hotel our doggy was made so welcome to. Food lovely service exceptional and really lovely rooms and amenities. As locals enjoying a staycation we will be back fantastic breakfast one of the best in jersey
