Very Accommodating! My husband and I stopped here last minute in the middle of a bad snow storm. First, they gave us a room easier to get to due to the snow, even tho it was not a pet room. In the morning, the owner called to ask if we were staying another night as the roads were awful and she would give us a great rate and get us anything we need to be comfortable. Their pub was closed as employees could not drive in the storm so we later found out someone went to the pub especially to get a couple burgers and fries for the chef to cook at their open $$$ restaurant to make for us. (We ate there the first night but just couldnt afford to do it a second time) When we left they even offered to get the snow off our car! EVERYONE that we saw asked how we were doing and if we had everything we needed and even offered to go to the store to pick up anything we needed. Unbelievably friendly, hospitable and caring people.

Excellent customer careBeautiful place. Enjoyed the room, the grounds and both restaurants. Had a small problem with our room that was handled promptly and graciously. Innkeeper and all the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a terrific stay. We will definitely stay again.

Charming and Very ComfortableThe Inn at Turkey Hill is now on our destination list! My husband and I stopped there for a night as we meandered our way from Tennessee back to New York. The five star reviews were spot on. On a 12 degree night, our stable room was spacious and welcoming with its warm fireplace and large bathroom with a heated floor. The Covid precautions made us feel very comfortable even though we had received our vaccinations. Everything was very clean and very well-thought out and lovely. The staff, including Andrew the innkeeper, could not have been more helpful and the history of the Inn is quite interesting. Fine dining there was quite a treat - delicious - and our first meal out in months and months. The fried cauliflower was scrumptious, the duck delicious, salads tasty and the wine list ample! A complimentary hot breakfast at the inn in the morning with some humor from our server Jack sent us happily on our way - another visit is definitely in the plan for the future.

Perfect Weekend with Impeccable Food and ServiceMy husband planned a surprise weekend getaway to visit BU, our alma mater, and the Inn far exceeded all my expectations! The room was so quaint and cozy, and the bed so comfortable! I loved the recently renovated walk-in shower. We enjoyed our meal at the Brewhouse immensely. Beer flights are my favorite, and I loved their diverse assortment. The ahi tuna and crabcake appetizers were incredibly unique and delectable. Our second night, we again were blown away by the amazing food and incredible service in such a beautiful setting. We enjoyed every bite of our Crabcakes, steamed mussels, red pepper and crab bisque, and Pittsburgh filets. We so appreciated the care that went into safety in these crazy times, and their attention to detail was impressive on all levels. We can't wait to go back in the Spring!

Give it ten stars if I could2 of 3 nights here and can't say enough of the guest service and quality of food. Had room service (have 2 dogs) at the Brewery and the Farmhouse and the food is unbelievable!!!!! Hotel staff great and free breakfast superb!!! Grounds are kept immaculate and they are sooooooo PET FRIENDLY! Worth every penny and if you are traveling with pets actually inexpensive.
