  Great Inn

  I would highly recommend The Inn at Sweet Water Farm. Great hospitality, clean rooms, warm and friendly. Breakfast was top notch! Loved the free range chickens, and the eggs were used for breakfast. Will definitely go back!

  Absolutely delicious breakfast

  The Inn had only recently reopened when we were lucky to book a room last minute. The Inn is a charmer and beautifully maintained. There was wine and beer available to guests and a sweet spot to sit outside and relax with a glass and a game. Bed was very comfy and the linens were lovely. The AC unit was a bit noisy and the bathroom was small and fairly basic - only reasons this isn't a 5 star review. But these were minor reservations. The breakfast was really wonderful - the goat cheese and ramp omelette that was one of the offerings that day was pretty spectacular. Robbie and Robert were attentive hosts and we felt particularly well-cared for in this time of heightened Covid-awareness, masking and social distancing. They did a seamless job of accommodating those of us staying that weekend, giving everyone space and ensuring items and spaces were kept separate and sanitized. We'd go back in a heartbeat.

  Wonderful visit

  We had a wonderful stay at this B&B! Breakfast was prompt and delicious every morning with bottomless coffee! The rooms were very clean and cozy, and the service was impeccable. We felt extremely comfortable and safe throughout our stay. Would recommend to anyone! - Ethan and Lindsay

  The best breakfast ever! Cozy Inn, great people,

  Absolute favorite B&B breakfast experience. Eggs from the chickens right outside in the garden, freshly baked bread, and homemade salsa and sauces really made it magnificent. I was excited every morning, and was able to try a new dish, Eggs Kejriwal and old favorite challah french toast. Each room had nature and art focused books, my room had Walden and Georgia O'Keefe painting books that really set the tone for our hiking trip. Rob was very interesting to talk to, with stories about musicians and a passion for New Orleans culture. There was even a beautiful signed acoustic guitar to play in the living room. Warming up by the fireplace after a cold bike ride made my day.

  Amazing hospitality

  Rob and Robbie are amazing. We just came back from a 3 night stay at the Inn at Sweet Water while skiing at Catamount during the day and they were extremely accommodating. They couldnt have been nicer. The room and bathroom were both beautifully set up, spotless, and had everything we could ever need. The common area was so clean and filled with fun activities and set up very comfortably. We brought our 8 year old son as it worked out with their schedule and they were so sweet to him and made sure he slept in a comfortable bed which they added to our room. The breakfast offerings were AMAZING!!! From the coffee, to the scones to the muffins, homemade jam, incredible omelets and fresh fruit. We were absolutely spoiled. I cannot say enough good things about this Inn. This is a must go!!! They even let us meet their puppy Charlie who is just the sweetest and added some laughter to our already incredible getaway. Thank you for treating us so special.
