  Amabilidad y calidad

  Aunque estaban todas las mesas ocupadas, nos buscaron acomodo con rapidez. La atencion y amabilidad inmejorables, y la cena de muy buena calidad, para aprender a apreciar la gastronomia escocesa. Nos hemos quedado con ganas de repetir.

  18th century coaching inn !! wee fabulous hideaway

  Great few days break in this amazing and charming old inn, Maxx and Annette are the most relaxed hosts in the current situation that you could ask for ! from when we arrived all current procedures were impeccable and to the highest standards !! fab room excellent shower and comfy bed, breakfast was tremendous and home cooking for dinner "scrumptious" and after long beach walks a few beers in the bar with other guests and enjoying the chat and banter with our hosts !! pity the locals don't support this 18th century inn ! mostly guests and passing tourists if the locals loose this historical inn the 95 bus would be as well as not stopping in the village the only place with tradition character and somewhere you can relax and enjoy honest hospitality at its best. The inn is a very doggie friendly place Thanks again for our great stay and Charlie (Black Lab) he's missing his breakfast sausage / good luck with Harris when you get your new pup on Friday we will be back

  Lovely Stay

  We stayed at the inn at kingsbarns and had a lovely time, Annette and the team were welcoming and friendly especially little Harris. They had all the necessary COVID precautions in place and the room was clean and spacious with plenty of storage. Its an ideal location for getting to a stunning beach for dog walks and other places to visit in fife such as St Andrews, Elie & Anstruther. Breakfast was lovely plenty of choice from yoghurts, cereals to a cooked breakfast, good quality meat and amazing poached eggs. Freddie our dog especially enjoyed his sausage. We will definitely be returning but with golf clubs next time as Im sure my husband wished he had taken his this time. Thanks for having us see you soon. Nicole, Sam & Freddie.

  Fit for a King

  Lovely Inn, Annette and her staff made us feel safe and very welcome, room was excellent, food was great and there's a nice walk down to the beach to work up an appetite. Even with the Covid restrictions I think they handled it perfectly, very clean and we never felt unsafe, with staggered sittings for food so never overcrowded. Breakfast was fabulous and very filling. Bar had plenty of whiskies and gins and a good atmosphere. Lovely place to stay to get the best of the area, particularly St.Andrews and Anstruther which are both beautiful and perfectly accessible from Kingsbarns.........You couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Fife and we can't wait to get back for a longer stay.

  A Wee Gem

  Just spent 2 nights here with the hubby. We were greeted by Annette who took our temps and showed us to our room. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Bed was fabulous and we got extra pillows no bother. Dinner on the first night was fabulous as was breakfast. Annette, Max, Craig and the breakfast waitress were all great and made our holiday. Easy to drive to St Andrews, Anstruther, Crail, St Monans, Pittenweem and Elie. Kingsbarns is very quiet but has a great beach and the wonderful Cheesy Toast Shack. Had a great few days and thank everyone for their hospitality. Highlight of the holiday was wee Harris the golden retriever pup. Could have brought him home with me.
