  Hotel Needs Facelift

  Our first impression of the room was not good. The room was freezing, the sofa was old and musty, the overall room was tired and old. The wall heater is loud but throws out a lot of heat. There is no heat in the bathroom so the floor is freezing. Had to lay towels on the floor to walk on something warm. The beds are lumpy but ok to sleep. We have a separate living room and a full kitchen with microwave, fridge, and keurig coffee maker. A room make over will certainly make the rooms more appealing. Breakfast was included, breads, oatmeal, eggs, yogurt, sausage or bacon. Food was average. Staff are very nice and pleasant Hotel location is great, a few minutes to the freeway, and close to 3 shopping Centers with great restaurants, Fred Meyer, Safeways and shopping. All the stores and restaurants are within a 4 minute drive We stayed 4 nights.

  Website complication left me stranded

  I was so looking forward to the 2-bedroom reservation I had made through their website until I showed up and there was no reservation. Apparently, the website scheduler is having difficulties and was offered a double queen instead of the 2-bedroom king suite I booked. If I took this room Id have to check out at 11am and wait to check in again at 3pm, therefore missing the business event I was hosting all day tomorrow. I was not offered compensation or any apology, instead an excuse due to website scheduling difficulty and was told there was a room at Best Western. This was a terrible experience.

  Nothing exceptional, good nor bad

  We stayed here for 2 nights for a wedding. The Covid situation made it a different experience but we did feel comfortable in the hotel. They offered a take away breakfast similar to other hotels we stayed at. We booked a family suite and the layout was a bit odd. There was one bathroom and one closet, both as soon as you entered. Then a large room with 2 queen beds. Then kind of hid away at the end, another room with a king bed (no bathroom or closet). It also was quite close to the freeway.

  Bring your ear plugs if you are a light sleeper

  Stayed here and would not again. Room was fine - large with fireplace. It was right on Route 16 and it was as if the traffic was in your room - did not sleep a wink the night we stayed there. Bathroom was in rough condition and bathroom sink didnt stream the water properly and the shower head leaked. Ceiling was peeling over the shower. Only breakfast offered was to go cereal. Wouldnt recommend or stay here again

  Horrible Breakfast

  My boyfriend and I stayed there on Saturday January 9th for my birthday. We selected our breakfast on the sheets provided and when I went to take out my selections I was upset. For starters I selected Frosted Flakes and they gave me Honey Nut Cheerios. And the bagel was this shriveled up horrible thing. There wasn't even cream cheese. I also asked for a banana and whatever it was they gave me was a horrible color and I did not eat it. I understand the limitations for things due to Covid but there is no excuse for the bad quality. And if they were out of Frosted Flakes I would have appreciated a call to see what else I would have liked.
