  Excelente hotel muy buena relación calidad-precio

  Acabamos de regresar de una estancia de 2 noches en el Imperial con mi mujer, nos hemos alojado en este hotel antes y sólo puedo alabar este hotel, el personal es muy servicial nuestra habitación, que era la habitación Premier goza de fantásticas vistas de la South Beach y era enorme. El servicio de desayuno era excelente y el desayuno es autoservicio era muy agradable. El hotel es parte del grupo Shearings, que está dirigido al mercado de coaching pero esto es un hotel de buena calidad, está en muy buen estado y es muy buena relación calidad-precio. Volveremos este hotel ya que su ubicación es perfecta para ir a la playa y está situado en la preciosa ciudad de Tenby.

  Charming stay

  We spent four nights here for Christmas and thoroughly enjoyed our time. Despite the faded decor, the hotel is situated within the walls of an historic setting and overlooks stunning scenery. The staff were extremely helpful and supportive and made our visit hospitable and welcoming. Food was served in a dining room with views across the sea and was plentiful.

  Not what we expected

  We paid extra for the room with a sea view, we got the smallest most delapated room we have ever stayed in with shearings. It did have a sea view, it was soo small the bathroom door was a sliding door because it was so small. We felt that we had been ripped off. We had previously paid to updated a room with shearings and got an amazing room this is what we expected. The food was excellent & the staff were very good. The corridors were a rabbit Warren ( see previous reviews)

  TEN out of TEN for TENby

  Stayed monday to friday with shearings and having visited many in the past I put this hotel in their top 3. The position in the city walls looking out to sea is spectacular, the food,service accommodation and facilities. all first class. It is true there is only 1 lift and it can be difficult navigating the hotel by means of the stairs so a little patience is required. I am afraid I cannot give the weather a similar mark out of ten but well done the Imperial and shearings.

  Needs a good scrub

  Well we arrived to be told congratulations you've had a free upgrade to a premium room - well it wasnt free, we paid for it. The bedroom was large and had an amazing view overlooking the sea. This was the only good thing I can say! The windows were broken so had been sealed, unable to open. They were mouldy. The shower tray drain was so blocked it filled with water. Had to mop water up with bath mat and towel which were then black. Placed in bath for them to be replaced as instructed. This did not happen so not only were dirty towels still there after room clean, bath was not cleaned either gross. Carpet threadbare and dirty. Door into bathroom filthy All I can say is I am glad we hadn't booked meals there
