  Lo mejor de Kluang pero no suficiente

  La habitación está bien, es bastante grande, y el baño también está bien El hotel no ofrece desayuno pero parece ser que ningún hotel de Kluang lo ofrece La habitación es bastante oscura y lo más incómodo para mí es que no puedes apagar la luz desde la cama Las sabanas estaban limpias pero con manchas lo que te hace sentir muy incomoda Está bien localizado en medio del pueblo con restaurantes y tiendas alrededor. Parece es la mejor opción de Kluang pero sinceramente no cumple los mínimos

  OK stay

  Small room, the only space to walk about in the room was around the bed. Lighting was a bit dim. Upon arrival, room smells like smoke. Overall, an okay stay if you are planning to stay in only to clean up and sleep. However the location is good as food are available nearby as well as 7-eleven which is just right below the hotel.

  Decently priced and centrally located hotel

  Stayed here for 2 nights. Deliberately chose a Queen sized room without windows as it could get noisy from passing traffic as this hotel is located along quite a busy road right in the smack of Kluang town. Queen room is small at 18 metres square. Bathroom and toilet floor will be wet after a shower. However it looks decent and clean. Instructions on whether the room is a smoking or non-smoking room is vague as there are ash-trays in the room, room corridor and in the lobby but yet the staff claims it is a non-smoking room and floor (I stayed on the 3rd floor). Walking distance to food stores and shopping malls in town. McDonalds is just across the road and 7-Eleven is located next door. This hotel has a lift even though its only 3 storeys high which is a plus point. Hotel has 4 carparking spaces along the road. Night security guard and his watchful cat is much appreciated. Lobby looks impressive and cozy (aircon is super strong). Breakfast is included for 1 person per night (even though its a 2 person room) - ala carte set meals of several choices manned by 1 female staff. The in-house Café needs better ventilation as the smoke from food being cooked can get quite choking. I didnt have much interaction with the staff as they seem unwilling to say the 1st hello. Overall, pleasant stay. Recommended hotel to stay for convenience. Price is decent at about S$65 for 2 nights after discounts from Agoda.

  Clean & Comfortable hotel @ good price

  We are so so pleased with our one night stay at The Imperial Hotel Kluang. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to the Kluang Rail Coffee and Street Art and Kluang shopping Mall and several retail shops and eateries. 7 -Eleven is just beside the hotel and Macdonald is diagonally opposite where we could have our early breakfast the next morning. This is a 2 star budget hotel which really offers value for money in the quiet town of Kluang. The room is not small and yet a full range of toiletries, like toothbrush, & toothpaste, shower caps n shampoo are available in the clean and spacious bathroom. A complete set of hospitality tray of coffee and tea plus creamers/sugars with the kettle are provided for the guests. The room is clean and well maintained with comfortable mattress. Staff at the ground floor reception is friendly and courteous. We are very satisfied with our one night stay at Imperial and strongly recommend to travelers who want comfort at budget price.

  Holiday with family and kids

  Its located very near to train station just a straight road down a slope. If you walk straight down from train station, its on your left hand side. The lobby is small but the rooms are spacious. The bed and pillows are firm. The only downside is you can hear the noise from the roads outside. If you are light sleeper you may need ear plugs. The local coffee shop opposite the hotel sells very cheap and yummy local food. All the shopping malls are with walking distance like 8-10mins. We went to Parkson and the Kluang Mall.
