Bad Customer ServiceThe Staff should be briefed and trained how to interact with the guest, had booked a room but as my daughter was unwell i had to cancel the booking. when contacted the management they said they will charge 100% retention charges despite mwntioning that we are unable to travel. With no other option we had to cancel the booking. Staffs should be trained as how to handle the customersw.

Excellent Eco Resort120 acres pristine landscape, resort had great rooms with excellent service and ever friendly staff. The resort is designed in such a way that one feel as if you are the only one staying there, so calm, serene and peaceful. The service levels are par excellence. Loved the entire experience of comfortable green living.

This is the place to rejuvenate and relax amidst nature. We booked the Pool Villa and this was our 1st travel of 2020 after the lockdown. Celebrated my wives b'day here. The property is massive and their focus towards eco-friendly-ness was lovely. Be ready to walk - A LOT. We were lost for hours in the property and it was like a mini nature walk. We could sight wood peckers, several other bird species and ducks near the pond. This place connects you to nature the right way. The pool villa was a beauty. Very well designed and the right amenities provided. Wish they had also provided an oven and toaster too. Would have added more value to the villa. The food was amazing and delicious, The buffet spread was limited but more than enough. The dining area has an amazing view of the property and the reception area has a even better view. Loved the stay here. The staff and the lady at the reception, everyone is uper friendly and kind and very courteous. Recommend to stay at Ibnii after exploring Coorg. Just relax and enjoy the property. You won't feel like going home for sure. Will soon visit the Ibnii again and this time stay at Arnetta Premium. Thank you Ibnii for making Coorg memorable.

One of the best resorts in Coorg!Villas are spacious and nestled aesthetically in vast green campus. Food was good and their concept of charging for wasting food is unique and great initiative. Aditya and his team take care of any special food request, incase you want (we had a toddler so made some requests and were warmly arranged by him). The campus is very big (I think 120 acres+), green and naturalistic Sareesh takes you around explaining the details very well. We were lucky to spot some rare migratory and endemic birds. Overall very relaxing and comfortable stay. One dampener was pool: while the pool in our villa was huge and well maintained, it was difficult to use as water was very cold (not temperature controlled).

Luxury in the lapse of natureThis was our first visit post Covid and we visited the pool villa along with parents and a toddler. The resort has been carefully planned while keeping it's raw natural beauty intact. Loved walking around in the property for morning/evening nature walks. Lots of birds to spot. Rooms were luxurious and had everything one could ask for. Food was delicious and had just about everything. We ourselves felt that we were cautiously not wasting food but at the same time enjoying the variety of options. The staff was kind to cater to our needs with regards to food for our daughter. The coffee place next to the little pond was one of the highlights. Overall a very memorable time spent in The Ibnii.
