  GREAT BASIC MOTEL

  Visiting the theatre in Redditch and found this little gem of a place!! Parking right outside my door!! What a luxury. Reasonable sized room with double bed, desk area with tv, basic supplies to grab a coffee on arrival. A little worn out on the decor side but this had everything needed for a brief overnight stay and was spotlessly clean. Good storage. HOT water which was instant, shower had good pressure and there was a full sized bath. This is a basic, well positioned motel within a few miles of the town centre. Staff were VERY accommodating, even though the restaurant was closed offered to get a sandwich. About half a mile down the road there is a drive through McD's though if you need something quick Traffic noise is kept out as the windows are a tight fit Highly recommended and I shall be returning

  Very mediocre

  One night stop. Easy parking. Check in ok, but first room we went too was occupied! We were given another room straight away with an apology. Room ok but very worn. Bed clean. Paper cups for tea making! Not ideal. Not impressed. Restaurant was surprising good. Food nice and lovely friendly waitress. Breakfast was served hot and was very good. Choice of cereal and cooked food. Glad it was one night only, wouldnt go back there.

  Little Gem

  From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. Everybody was very friendly and the rooms were spotless. Amazing indian restaurant on site, to be honest better than the far more expensive restaurants in Stratford upon Avon we we come from. To the point that we extended our stay and we will definitely come again. Highl

  Terrible!

  The staff were polite but the room was terrible. There were damp patches in the corners of the ceiling and a container of some liquid on the top of the wardrobe. A fag end under the table. The smell was dreadful, damp and something else, old used smell. We stayed for an hour and then because the place was depressing us and we were unhappy about what we were breathing in we left and found another place to stay. Yes its cheap and the bathroom was clean but it was a very sad place.

  40th Wedding Anniversary Celebration weekend stay!

  A MASSIVE THANK YOU to the Blue Inn Hotel for making my Mum & Dads recent visit (40th Wedding Anniversary weekend) so pleasant & memorable! I telephoned the hotel prior to their visit to ask if it was possible for a bottle of Champagne to be put in the room for their arrival but due to the current climate this was unfortunately not going to be possible but they said they were welcome to bring their own (which I was able to sort for them) & the hotel would ensure Flutes were in the room ready. On arrival they found, not only the flutes, but also a gorgeous vase of flowers and ruby red roses beautifully scattered all over the bed! They sent pictures & were both really made up with this!! I would like to thank Paige and the team for this really special unexpected gesture (I also made sure I called to personally thank them for this as well!) They also took their Princess pooch Maizi-Belle who was also made to feel extremely welcome for the stay as well! THANK YOU again BLUE INN Hotel Redditch, we will be highly recommending you in the future and they will no doubt be back for a stay soon! All the best Hanya Taylor
