    Convenient to The Falls, Colleges and restaurants

    WE enjoyed our stay. The Hotel was very clean and comfortable. We had a spacious shower in the room. The bed, pillows and linens made for a comfortable nights sleep. The hotel was in a central location to the Falls and Gorges as well as the colleges. There were plenty of food options either within walking distance or a short drive. The TV channel choices wer not much to choose from and we had an issue regulating the room tempreture. At one point my wife woke up to find the room 65 degrees and this was after we had turned the temp up erlier in the evening.

    Andrew!

    Andrew one of the associates made our stay great! He helped us find a room last minute and got us a great discount. He was very attentive to our needs and even when a lot of hotels have their pools closed The Hotel Ithaca pool was open and we were able to schedule time for just our family to have access to the pool. The Hotel was beautiful not the mention. A Great Place to Stay!

    Beautiful hotel

    Excellent hotel, great staff. Great location, state parks only several minutes drive away, wide variety of stores & restaurants just a few blocks over. Had a balcony room and unseasonably warm weather, it was great being able to take advantage of it.

    Horrible Management & Graduation Package Is Not Worth It

    First of all, I've visited this hotel several times, and it's overpriced for its worth. Second, DO NOT BOOK FOR COLLEGE GRADUATION WEEKEND. They will sell this "total package" graduate weekend three times the price of a normal stay because they know how high demand is around that time. Not worth it. Finally, despite the fact there is a literal pandemic, management refuses to work with guests on reservation modifications and the front desk will give you a run around until you give up on raising any concerns.

    Great stay

    Very aesthetic interior and exterior. My room was very very clean and prestine. The breakfast food was very good too. Bathroom amenities provide lotion! Watch out, water temperature control of the shower takes a little practice but no big deal.
