  Quiet hotel with very attentive and friendly staff

  The hotel was as we expected reading previous reviews before we booked it - the staff were very friendly, efficient and couldn't do enough for us. However, when we booked the hotel one of the main reasons we booked it was that it offered occasional evening meals and there was a bar. This was quite important to me as I have a back injury that means by the end of the day I find walking difficult and the use of an inhouse bar and evening meal was something we were looking to use. Unfortunately the hotel has changed hands and both the evening meal option and the bar are no longer available which somewhat dampened our stay, especially as there were no nearby pubs/restaurants I could use.

  1 night!

  Lovely stay in this hotel. Couldn't fault the staff in any way especially andrew who greeted us and made us so welcome, nothing was too much. We came with a 1 year old which we couldn't add to the booking but it wasnt a problem at all he was made to feel as welcome as we was, Comfy room nice and quiet and good breakfast. I forgot something in the room and they contacted me straight away to let me know and kept it safe until I could collect it. Will defo be back next time were in Blackpool!

  Fantastic hotel with really great hosts!

  Had a really great stay at this hotel, the manager & his staff were really friendly & great hosts. The rooms were extremely clean with all your creature comforts it was a home from home. The price was outstanding & when I booked I didn't know it even included breakfast. Although we didn't eat in the restaurant we could see that it was very well lit with flowers on the tables & the breakfast smelt wonderful, so sorry we missed it now but the bed was so comfortable we didn't want to get up. The only thing I would suggest is to take a hairdryer with you

  Long weekend stay

  Paid for a delux twin room. had to put up with a standard room, which was not cleaned for the whole of our stay 4 days no waste bins emptied etc. Staff did not speak English properly making it hard to communicate . Will not stay again.

  DIDNT TURN UP!!!!

  DISGUSTING!!!!! Booked a room on the Thursday. We turned up on the Saturday night at 6pm having booked an expensive show and traveled 80miles especially. We even called 1 hour before arrival. When we arrived there was nobody there. Freezing cold stood in the dark we then called them 3 times and was told each time that someone would call, NOBODY EVEN BOTHERED CALLING US BACK 35 mins had past with no call. Then they stopped answering, straight to the EE voicemail. Didnt have the bollox to tell us they couldnt be arsed opening the hotel. Livid is an understatement, completely ruined our weekend. Il be pasting this review EVERYWHERE
