  Loved the Holman Grand

  We stayed here for the first time last week. The Holman Grand will be our "go to" place from now on. Front desk staff were great - very friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless - we appreciated that there was no carpet. We had a lovely view of the Harbour. The king size bed was super comfy. The location is perfect - right in the heart of downtown Charlottetown. The Holman Grand is top notch! We highly reccomend it.

  Overnight Stay

  Location is awesome. Hotel is beautiful. Bathroom was gorgeous. Bed very comfortable. Staff very friendly. Room was ready and we were able to check in early and enjoy the downtown area. Would recommend this hotel to friends.

  Comfortable, Clean, Affordable

  Within walking distance to shopping, entertainment, and a beautiful waterfront area. It was a lovely Stay Cation on the Island. Check-in was fast and friendly. The mall attached to the hotel is full of interesting items. Within a one block walk you have access to an array of cuisines and businesses.

  Good but could have improved the visit with more information

  I love the Holman grand. We always have a good visit. But one spot they need to work on is information. When we called for room pricing and suites. They didn't mention anything about couples deals. After we rented and started looking things up. We realized for 30 dollars more we could have got one of the couple's romance packages with snow shoes and restaurant or shopping vouchers. This would have been good to know. And also that animals are welcome. This may have saved us sitter money.since we mentioned on the phone we just had to drop out dog of and we would head up. This isn't a complaint, just more of a suggestion. We told them it was a romantic vacation, and they could have offered us the packages. But if on a normal call they were to ask the purpose of the visit , and then make suggestions , it could have made our visit a lot more pleasant then it already was. But the only real complaint was cold. The big windows just radiated so much cold that my wife was freezing on her side. We like to keep the curtains open to wake up to sun, but it was a bad idea lol. none of this will stop us from staying again.

  Hard to sleep with a party going on

  We stayed here in Feb and had stayed here several times and really enjoyed it. This time was different. People wanted to party well into the night and it took several calls to get someone to come up and deal with it. When a hotel is full security should be walking around a little just to see how things are. But it took till after 1 to finally get someone to stop all the noise This is not acceptable and needs to change going forward.
