  Best views of the seafront!

  The staff were friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. My room was gorgeous and the views spectacular. Breakfast was cooked exactly as I requested and was delicious. I would definitely go back again.

  Very disappointing and hairy.

  I checked into this hotel just for a quick get away i normally use a Premier Inn or a Travelodge but these were miles apart. I booked two nights and I wont be staying the full amount. I was just looking around the room as you do to find out where things are and I came across hair in the hair dryer drawer where it was kept and I proceeded to look in all the others and found hairs in every single drawer which is very off putting I have pictures below.

  Cheap and nasty

  Nothing was right about this hotel; half a window, broken blind, shower drain not working, socket loose and disappearing into the wall, no butter for breakfast toast, knackered shower controls. View mainly of the surrounding dilapidated buildings and the fenced off garden. Dirty carpets on the stairs, bar smelt of smoke....shall I go on? We were relieved to leave.

  Horrible.

  The mattress were very uncomfortable, you can feel sinking on it and making noise like an old mattress. The room was not clean and the window has half missing curtain. When having shower the recepcionist came twice to our room asking us to stop the shower and he even came inside the toilet to check up. I didn't not feel comfortable at all. The only covid measures were a sanitizer in the entrance. The light socket was full of finger prints which hasn't cleaned in long time.

  Unpleasant hole

  We shouldn't have stayed here - first indication is the nasty smell when you walk in, partly because the people working there/owners smoke inside the hotel. It's a rickety old place that needs major work - the website says they provide quality rooms, which is a lie. Our door seemed to be the wrong size, the main light didn't work, the cupboard had to be kept closed by leaning a chair on it, bathroom was tiny and very simple, and a leak from the ceiling appeared one night. There seemed to be some renovations going on but they won't change the complete inability of the hotel staff to be polite or professional. The breakfast actually tasted OK but try to ignore the dirty crockery and it's in a room that's too small for the tables they've squeezed in. I can't stress strongly enough how bad this place is.
