  Excelente hotel si vas de shopping a Dallas

  Está situado a menos de 10 min en coche del mejor Mall de Dallas North Park, a 15 min de la Galleria. Cuenta con un centro de yoga pilates ademas de spa, por alojarse ahi uno recibe descuento en las clases de yoga, las cuales son de excelente nivel. El menu para el desayuno es limitado, escasos 5 platos, pero delicioso. También ofrecen café sin costo el lobby. Las habitaciones son super cómodas. Y el servicio es excelente. Dispone de internet gratuito en las habitaciones. La única desventaja es que por la noche no hay muchas opciones para salir a cenar por ahi si no tienes coche, de lo contrario encontraras excelentes restaurantes a 5 minutos. El restaurante del hotel es the Knive, uno de los mejores para comer carne en todo Dallas. El hotel es muy bonito, tiene una alberca pequeña pero muy agradable. Sin pensarlo me volvería a hospedar, le pongo un 10.

  Visita a dejar nuestro hijo en SMU

  Nos trasladamos a este hotel después de estar en uno en Downtown Dallas por la cercanía a la Universidad. En general el Hotel es bueno y queda muy cerca al campus. Tuvimos inconvenientes con una de las habitaciones porque había fuerte olor a cigarrillo, seguramente por el huésped anterior que incumplió la regla de no Fumar

  Managment NON EXISTENT and NON RESPONSIVE

  After the last stay my Husband & I had here in a dirty room, it was cleaned and we were given a $50 credit which we were not able to use since virtually everything was closed because of COVID restrictions. I got a message from the manager offering to make it up to us the next time we stayed there, so I emailed before I booked again, I got no response. So I went ahead and booked a few months later, again I sent an email back to the Manager that originally emailed me and got NO RESPONSE, I mentioned it to the girl checking me in and she stated I should have called. REALLY? Well this will be our LAST stay here sadly, it used to be a great hotel, this time the valet didnt even seem to care, granted it was VERY COLD when I went to get my car at 5:45am so I could go down the street to get coffee since there was NONE available in the hotel, I had to wait 5 minutes for my car after going to the front desk when the valet was MIA, then he didnt even bother to close my door and 15 minutes later when I came back he was no where to be found. INSANE to pay so much for terrible service.

  Winter storm refugee - would have preferred my home

  We spent a lot of time looking for a good place to stay while our water was off and settled on this hotel because it looked nice, had a good location, and was pet friendly. The check in process and main lobby is very nice. The room felt musty and we realized how hot it was immediately. The room thermostat was set to 75 and for some that may not be an issue but we keep our own place around 65. The nearby restaurant the knife has good food, tv connection is fine. We paid for an up sell of a couch but just take note some of the couch rooms dont even face the tv at all. We turned our ac on immediately and the temperature never really dropped. We realized our room has next to no circulation. The ac blows across the ceiling and stops there. After running the ac all night our room has dropped one degree. Sleeping was really hard. The noise from the highway was pretty extreme in our room and it sounded like people were racing. I can hear my neighbors moving above me and doors in the hallway which then disturbs my dog so I have to snap to attention to calm him down. And if that sounds high maintenance- we just left another Hilton with none of these issues. I really feel like we overpaid and i think I only got 1-2 hrs of sleep. Maybe I should have been aggressive in solving my situation instead of coming here to complain but just a warning for people who run hot, have dogs who startle easy, or are easy sleepers - keep looking.

  Sad Experience

  I made reservations through Hilton as we are Hilton Honors. We were given an initial fee for the room. It was a rate higher than listed online. Upon arrival,We were not greeted and waited for a front desk person. She was curt but adjusted our rate and downgraded our room. It was quite small and difficult to move around in for a 5 day stay. But, we said nothing especially since no one answered the phone on any occasion with the exception of our needing foam instead of feather pillows. While I was on the phone she was screaming down to the housekeeping people wherever they were. That in itself was shocking. They brought 3 sad pillows. That was our last communication during our stay. No other calls were answered. Our bed was acceptable. We had no one speak to us, never had our room cleaned and we decided to leave. We went down to check out in the morning and did ask a bellman for our car. We left 3days early because it was one of our worst stays at a hotel. We left the hotel and realized miles later the valet had not left our keys in the car. So we drove back to the hotel and they could not find the keys. We were thrilled once they found them that were chose to leave.
