  Second Excellent Visit

  Our second visit to this hotel was just lovely. Emma who booked us in and served our breakfast could not do enough for us. So friendly and welcoming. We were in a different room this time, the bedding and bed was clean and very comfortable. The hospitality tray was very well stocked. Our breakfast was absolutely delicious, fresh fruit, the nicest bread Ive had and my scrambled eggs were just gorgeous, my husband had the full english, we were absolutely stuffed. We also love the honesty bar, was great to pick up a couple of things when we got back to the hotel. We cannot wait to return again, thank you

  Absolutely lovely ... book with confidence!

  We had a very short staycation of just one night in a deluxe sea view room (room 4). The room was lovely - comfy bed and pillows, nice linens, plenty of tea / coffee supplies, perfectly acceptable bathroom with enough towels and toiletries provided. Heated towel rail worked quickly. Lovely honesty bar downstairs which was well stocked. Whole place is spotlessly clean and the breakfast was quite delicious! We parked with no problem outside (a 24 hour parking permit is just £2 and given to you by the hotel). The hotel arranged flowers for me which were beautiful (thank you for that!) Only minor niggle is that only whole milk was supplied for tea & coffee - maybe semi skimmed would be better all round as it suits the skimmed people (me!) and the whole milk people better! We will definitely stay again without hesitation!

  Great service when we had to cancel

  Very sadly we had to cancel our trip due to Covid. However they were absolutely great and handled the refund perfectly, quick to communicate. My wife and I are gutted we couldn't go, and will definitely try again once Covid lockdown is over.

  Great location and staff

  We booked a couple of nights stay, which turned out to be just in time before lockdown. We were upgraded to the Appartments which was lovely with a great sea view. Cooked breakfast each was excellent and a special thank you to Emma for doing this each morning.

  Possibly the best apartment in Scarborough

  The first floor apartment for four is in a stunning location. It has amazing views of the sea, never enjoyed such a great view for breakfast, lunch and supper. We had a brilliant stay over Christmas. The apartment was warm and comfortable with a super comfy king size bed in the very spacious master bedroom. All furnishings and soft furnishings were elegant and modern. Best quality appliances in the kitchen and although quite small it was completely adequate to cook for three over Christmas. Really appreciate the owners' Tom and Jill's care in creating perfect holiday accommodation.
