  Amazing week

  We just spent 8 Amazing nights in a waterfront villa. Everything was perfect. The staff are fantastic and nothing was ever a hassle. The food is delicious and the cocktails strong! Exactly what you want on holiday. You couldnt ask for or dream of a better holiday.

  Relaxed

  Short and simple review, as per the other reviews this place is fantastic. Of all the places I have stayed in the world this would be up there with the best. The resort and surroundings are just beautiful, the food is delicious and the staff go over and beyond for the guests. Would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a special getaway.

  Honeymoon Dreaming.

  We spent a really long time working out where we would Honeymoon. We looked up all of the cliche places, the Maldives, Bora Bora etc. Then we stumbled across The Havannah. We loved the idea of only a short flight (just over three hours from NZ) and then just a small car ride to get to the resort (approx. 25mins), once landing. Both of us hadn't been to Vanuatu before, but my husbands parents had been for dinner at the Havannah once before on a sailing trip and said it was divine. There isn't enough words to describe all of our experiences. We did the 'Full Board' option which was incredible, where we only paid for alcohol or any additional drinks at lunch. The Food was lovely. A great mix. We stayed for ten nights, and not once did we have the same meal - which is pretty incredible. The resort itself is incredibly sustainable, no plastic or rubbish and little waste. The rooms are beautiful, great air-conditioning and twice daily room cleaning/service. The Staff are so lovely. They make a huge effort in remembering our names, and what coffee we liked to have in the morning etc. I would describe them as incredibly kind, genuinely wanting you to have the best experience possible. We arrived in the middle of the COVID-19 outbreak, and the resort owners, made every effort to keep us informed, offer support and generally just be there if/when we needed them. The activities, day trips, fishing, Day Spa, Tennis was all incredible. In the ten days we only left the resort once to see some key Vanuatu attractions - and still our trip didn't feel long enough. There is as much to do as you would like, or as little. We read books, ordered (free) room service, when we needed a 3pm spring roll - and watched the sunset from our plunge pool. It was the honeymoon of our dreams, and we so hope to be back one day x

  The Pacifics finest

  We came here for our honeymoon in early March 2020 for 11 nights and had an absolute ball. We managed to avoid the covid situation and enjoy all of the wonderful things that vanautu and The Havannah have to offer. Staying in the beach front room we felt close to one of the most interesting and beautiful harbours in the world. There were tuna and turtles at the front door. The room was turned down daily and cleaned - there where plenty of towels and the unlimited room-service is was well received and used by us. The many extras of the resort are too numerous to list, but the complementary fishing and dining on the pier are great easy additions to the tours, massages and snorkeling. The food never got tired and we were thrilled every night by the stunning cuisine. Id recommend every one spend at least one holiday here. But ideally Id say that you should spend a week a year here forever. Because its magical and restorative. But more than it has a caring and well managed atmosphere where you can truly let go and unwind. Even with the world the way it has been in 2020 the Havannah is a true escape. We will be back.

  Amazing place for a romantic getaway

  We had a vila overlooking the water, it was amazing. Very roomy, very private, our own plunge pool and a quick stroll to the restaurant and beach. The staff are amazing, so ready to help with anything.
