Welcome back to the 1980sI'm sure this was a nice place, in its day. But that was long ago. Not worth $100 a night. To add insult to injury, we booked a non-smoking. Got to hotel and got a smoking. Was told "can't move you, we are full." I'm sure I'll be adding more costs to this stay now with a doctor visit, due to irritated sinuses and allergic reaction to smoke.

Pleasantly surprisedOK, I was not expecting much for the money. Just a place to crash for the night and happy that they took pets. We had a pet room, and it looked newly renovated, (not 80's style like another review said) dark woods, flat screen, etc and the room was clean, smelled fresh and had no evidence of being a "pet room". The pool in the atrium area was really pretty. The hallways were under renovation too as they had the carpet pulled up and bare concrete, no big deal for me. We didn't try the breakfast in the morning since we were headed out late, but my daughter got in a quick swim and said the pool was great. Very nice place, I'm not sure if there is new management/owners but you can tell that they are taking care of this place and putting money into it. Great work!

OkRoom has been updated. Breakfast was substantial but not kept stocked Had to ask for coffee. Staff was not very helpful. It appeared we were disturbing them. Pool area was nice. Had lifts for handicapped which I thought was nice

Room was cancelled last minute because they wanted more money than the price I booked it for....HAD TO SLEEP IN MY CARI traveled from Wisconsin and had booked this hotel for August 20th, the night before the solar eclipse. I booked it over two months in advance because I knew this area was going to be a hot spot for the eclipse. I booked this hotel room for $96 (a double queen). On the 20th, about an hour before we were going to check into the hotel, we get an email saying that the hotel was "overbooked" and that our reservation had been cancelled. We then went to their website and it said they had one room left (a double queen)...for $526. We went to the hotel and spoke with the person at the front desk, then asked to speak to the manager. Manager said that there was nothing we could do except book the room for the new price....all the other hotels in the area were completely booked due to the eclipse, and we didn't have money for the new price. We ended up sleeping in our car that night. This was the worst travel experience of my life. Ended up being extremely tired and sore the next day. DO NOT GO HERE. This happened almost a month ago and I am still very upset about it.

Hate it alreadyJust checked in. Been here before. They *just* renovated, so expecting better than before. NOT!!! I have travelled all over the world in my 67 years. I have *never* been in a hotel with absolutely *NO* drawers. Not one! Not even a little enclosed tray. Where do these people jeep their underwear when they travel? We will *never* be here again!
