  dueña amable, personal pobre. pequeño hotel victoriano, se ajusta a lo que propone. es correcto, limpio y la dueña muy acogedora no es facil llegar por su distancia de londres, aunque tiene medios de comunicacion variados

  A pleasant surprise

  A lovely one night stay in this guest house in Greenwich, London Friendly greeting on arrival and very clear and concise explanation of both the accommodation and facilities in the immediate area. Room 1a had all necessary equipment for a comfortable stay. Limited parking but I did manage to park my 6.5 metre (20 foot) limousine on the driveway. Highly recommended .

  Comfortable/ Friendly/

  I recently stayed here for two nights for a business trip, my room was very clean, my bed was comfortable and I had a great nights sleep, the owner was friendly so I do not know how some reviews say rude, there was a maid cleaning away whom was polite and wished a Goid Morning which was nice, yes some updating is needed however easier said then done, I requested a late check out and there was no problem with my request, I shall happily stay here again.

  Do NOT book this place ...unless

  Do NOT book this place unless: (A) you are one hundred per cent sure you will be able to stay there as this owner operates with a completely no refund policy even when what the website promises isnt true. (B) you can arrive between 1530 and 1930 - I was told unless I was there by 19.30 I would be locked out. In fact it was spelt out - even a minute later would not do, as this is serviced accommodation with no one apparently on site unless you meet the restrictive hours. The advertisement website hides this limited access time information to the very end in the very small print, which also erroneously says you can pay £10 an hour to extend this. This was refused when I asked for it. So I asked to cancel the day before and rang on the day at 3.30 to confirm we would not be coming given the constraints, explaining the exceptional circumstances due to health issues also. But this owner came back from holiday after all this happened and simply took then £98 from my credit card. Polite requests -supported by Bookings.com - to cancel, then refund, are met with a blank refusal. I happen to know the location and have used the accommodation for workmen. Fine if you like a place on a busy roundabout with constant traffic. AND if you are absolutely sure nothing will go wrong so that youll be locked out. Needless to say I would never ever use the place again or recommend it to anyone.

  Beautifull place and great owner

  Great place and amazing lovely owner, over all very good I'm a regular customer at Greenland Villa , every 2 to 3 weeks I spend 2 or 3 nights there and I strongly believe that Greenland Villa is a very nice Accommdation to stay either for business or pleasure and the previous review that you will be locked out if you were late should be read with an open mind and with a pinch of salt as it was written mainly just to be malicious as she did not get the refund back after she had changed her mind not to stay there ! Now I would like to say what I experienced and my situation every time I arrived at Greenland Villa , a lovely place! 1)  I always arrived at Greenland Villa between 20 30 to 21 30 AND I WAS NEVER asked to pay £10 extra or be told that one minute late will not do. I always called in advance to inform them of my estimate time of arrival or if I was going to be late as I have to "battle" the traffic of L and it can always be impredictable or cause delays. 2) there is always access to the property a master lock with a lock code installed on the wall by the main dooor, and I'm confident that if I was going to arrive late and asked for a different option for late check in if the reception is closed , a code will be given to me for the master lock in order to do the self check in ! 3) The location and the fact it's in the roundabout, as a professional driver and a light sleeper I appreciate and cherrish the sleep more than anything and I had a room in front of the house/ facing the roundabout ! I phage slept in the front room facing the main road several times and I had never experienced any problems sleeping, either night time or day time and if I did I would definetly would have looked for a different place to stay,because a good sleep is essential for me as it is for many other people 4)  Rooms and the beds were always clean and very comfortable, the showers were always clean aswell, every time I stayed there. 5) The owner is lovely and always went above and beyond to assure a pleasant stay, never had any issues or being told off either. 6) Good connection with the busses aswell, to go to north Greenwich underground station, a laundry across the road on the main street and few restaurants make it a good area tostat especially when want yo have a day off.     Overall I'm very happy with the service provided every time, good value for money and will definitely continue staying there when i am in in London
