  mixed emotions

  the hotel doesn't worth the price which each guest is paying to have some winter break. have been stayed for one night and it wasn't weekend, thought that it won't be crowded and we can just have a quiet day and night. after our experience i can say one thing for sure - we got the room with really nice view (there are pictiruse from our windows). And this is it. Nothing more positive in this hotel. The room is really shaby and "excausted" with non stop using or maybe because the owners' phylosophy is "get high money with minimum epences". you can't turn down or minimize the room's heating system,that is why it is unbelievable hot inside of the room. Opened windows are not the solution unfortunately. Meal in the main restaurant (we had half board - breakfast and dinner) is poor,of cource we can't declare that the meal has to be as 5 star all inclusive hotels' board,but here- it not good at all. Turkish pide , chicken grill - that is what we could find as eatable - cold and seems like some of the food that was served here was not fresh, leftover a day before, the food looked like soggy. The taste and quality very poor. The chefs which are seem to be prepare or refresh the food containers - were standing next to the walls with mobiles in the hands and feets, taken out from their shoes. At the breakfast you can;t ask to prepare fresh omlet for ex,because the chef who is responsible for the gril part - points you for the eggs which were prepared 1 hour before. The food for 100% consists from chicken and patatoes. Staff: this is real disaster. Reception's clerks doesn't care about new arrivals,you just standing and waiting when somebody will come out from the backside office and makes you a pleasure to proceed your check in. Porter comes to your car while you scrolling your laggages and asks "do you need help with luggages?". In case if you say "no, thanks", he just staring on you and smiling. In that moment i felt like if he is the porter does he have any other duties or not? maybe that is why he is asking me do i need help or not. the rest of the staff is not asking at all. Main restaurant's waiters like statues, walking all around and just collecting dirty dishes. The result is if you have money and time enough to have another winter break beside of this, you can try your chance in this hotel. I guess,you can try it for daily use first, because snow tramplins for skiing seem like nice (unfortunately we lost our chance wtih snow) but stay in boutique hotel. Wifi speed and quality is good, One more issue-if you go there by car,do not forget to take a stamp from the reception for accommodation, to provide this stamp to security clerks and get your payment back for parking area (30 turkish liras you are paying while check in and in case if you stay in the hotel you taking back this ammount, but daily users are not ).

  Satisfied

  We were nervous coming here after reading the comments but we were pleasantly surprised. We had booked a family room which we discovered was outside the hotel but they quickly assisted us by changing it to 2 bedrooms inside the hotel next to each other. The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast and dinner had a large variety to choose from and was more than adequate. We stayed for 2 nights and we experienced snowing for the first time as well which was a highlight of the trip. We took the aerial cable car to the top peak where you can enjoy a hot drink. Pleasant stay all round.

  Pleasantly Surprised

  The negative reviews on this platform set us up to expect the worst of the 4 places of accommodation we had rented thus far but to our amazement, we found that 90% of the negative reviews seems unwarranted from our perspective. In fact, it was the best of the 4 that we had visited thus far. Ignoring its location, it has been the best service and value for money we have had on this trip. When taking the location into account, then this hotel is by far one of the best value for money hotels around. We will definitely return!!!

  Very bad service

  We had lunch in the hotel and need to use toilet but not allowed because we are not staying at the hotel The lunches we ordered is not good and they over charged and bill is not clear they charge for the pizza 70 tl And it shows in the menu 50 cola cost 12 tl and they charge 20

  Out dated

  Lets be honest about this place and hotel. The location is super for short sky holiday. Nice small pistes and activities. Hotel is old and outdated when comparing with hotels south of Türkey . Its clean, staff is a bit different they try to be friendly and sometimes it even works out okay. Breakfast and dinner is included, buffet ARMY style. You can het your food but no seating. Its a bit a battle field that looks like an old school or army cantina.
