  Great room, location and stay

  Had a wonderfully relaxing escape, the view from the room was great, the decor and size of the bed was perfect... didnt want to leave the room but popped to the coppa club for some good and this was also great. Wished we had stayed two nights but couldnt trust the kids for this long! Will return again and enjoy a long walk along the Thames

  Exceptional stay, we will be back!

  We booked a night at The Great House as a post-lockdown treat for my partner's birthday. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and at home. Our room overlooking the river was beautiful and spacious, our dinner and breakfast were both delicious. Loved the terrace and twinkly lights looking to the river, there was a lovely atmosphere. All covid rules were respectfully stuck to but without making us feel distanced and unwelcome. We will definitely look forward to coming back and have already recommended the hotel to friends looking for a weekend break near to London.

  Great place and very dog friendly

  Great location and the room worked so well with a dog. Very welcoming staff. Good room facilities and easy parking close to room. Coppa club works so well for a relaxed breakfast. Overall a great stay and good value for money.

  Luxury hotel in beautiful location right on the river

  Visited the weekend just gone with my bubble chums. Check in was smooth and hassle free and the member of staff was friendly and helpful. My deluxe river view room was superb. Beautiful river views, really spacious, with an entrance hallway and steps leading up to the main bedroom area. Room 7 is a sort of corner room so no neighbours on one side too. Room was super quiet aside from a bit of traffic noise. Will say the one minus on the room was it was boiling hot. Bathroom was superbly decorated and had a huge rainfall shower. Coppa Club meal on Friday night was superb. Staff were all friendly and the food was great. One drawback was that the table layout in our part of the terraced area didnt feel like social distancing had been considered. We were crammed back to back (chair to chair)to another table which isnt ideal when were all supposed to be a couple metres apart. All in all this is a beautiful hotel. Great for relaxing in luxury and muddy river walks which is what we did on sunny Saturday. .

  Perfect birthday weekend

  Amazing room in the Coach House Apartment. Quirky decor, comfy bed, gorgeous bathroom and loads of space. Wonderful location and the warmest of welcomes from the fabulous team! We'll definitely be back.
