  Family meet up

  Stayed in the hotel for a couple of nights Boxing Day being the first day gorgeous building lovely rooms and facilities, best breakfast ever! Dined here for lunch and dinner too food was good,Staff very good apart from the young man in charge who checked us in on Boxing Day evening really rude and obnoxious to be honest if it was any other day and we werent meeting family who were already checked in I would have left and found somewhere else he also would have benefited from a can deodorant as his hygiene was questionable. Thankfully we did not see him for the rest of our stay would definitely stay and dine again and hopefully this guy wont be on duty

  The Night Before The Wedding

  We stayed there on the 30th December as my son was getting married on New Year's Eve. There was four of us that stayed, the bride, her sister my granddaughter and myself. The staff could not have been more accommodating. The dinner and the breakfast was lovely and the young girl who served us for breakfast really made my granddaughter feel special. They allowed us to stay longer in the Bridal Suite so we could all get ready and looked after the other bridesmaids who came and got ready there. We found all the staff to be friendly and most helpful and if ever the need arises, I would not think twice to stay there again.

  Parking

  Verry bad food,nobody from staff look intrestet, parked there with my lorry asked att bar of oke.yes thy Saïd so something to eat en drink.but att 23.00 sombody came to lorry Saïd i had to move of parking, Will call policy hi Saïd nightmare place there would-be never go there iff i was you.

  Grasshopoer inn westerham

  Went to the grasshopper inn westerham for mine and my daughters birthday. The Reception on arrival was unfriendly. They couldnt wait to take your money for your rooms straight away. Realised why later. As when we arrived back later after a meal away from the grasshopper as we felt awkward. The tvs in bth rooms didnt work. They also had sewage problems so one of the rooms smelt awful. Breakfast was nt nice eithier. Whole stay was unwelcoming and they didnt attempt to pt nothing right. Awful.

  Okay food and service

  Went here for a traditional Sunday roast. It is a typical English village pub with great atmosphere. Food and service could have been better. With our roasts, the meat and veg were drowned in too much gravy. The same with our puddings which were drowned in custard. Service could have been better. One of the bar staff forgot to write down my friends pudding order so it never arrived. We chased them up about this but didnt get an apology, instead they bluntly said it wasnt written down, thus implying we hadnt actually ordered it.
