  Amazing stay

  The Grandview Condos were a great place to stay. The condos were lovely; both in terms of how big they were and their overall cleanliness. In addition to the property, the management team was excellent. They were incredibly helpful and always were so nice whenever our group had a question. Would stay again!

  Grand Vacation

  Took my wife, her twin sister & twins daughter to Cayman to celebrate their 80th birthday. Grandview was perfect for our group. Plenty of room for all. Very clean. More towels and kitchen gadgets than we needed. Spacious master bedroom & bath. Kitchen , living room and screened porch were perfect size . Guest room & bath were adequate. Parking right at the front door. Unit 812 is ground floor with immediate access to pool. Staff were wonderful. Even made a towel birthday cake and decorated it with flowers from the grounds. We snorkeled everyday right out the backdoor! Easy entry through the ironshore rock formation. Great little reef nearby. Amazing amount of fish . Been coming to Cayman since late 70s. This will be one of our best memories!

  Home away from Home

  Enjoyed a wonderful stay at Grandview Condos in November....Newly remodeled unit was so excellent, very beautifully done...as always the staff was so helpful...love this place!! Newlyweds - My Daughter and her husband joined me for a week as well...they had a marvelous time...

  Unit 1031 is a gorgeous 3rd-floor, 3-Bedroom unit, with amazing oceanfront views from the massive, private patio.

  The Grandview is a very well-kept complex of condos, walking distance to some of the best restaurants on Grand Cayman, such as The Wharf and The Lobster Pot. Very close to the dining and entertainment at Margaritaville, as well. You could even walk to downtown George Town if you really wanted to. Unit 1031 is the only 3-bedroom unit currently in the condo rental pool, and it is unbeatable in both size and quality. Massive, 3rd-floor ocean views from 2 of the 3 bedrooms, the 3-season porch/living room area and dining room. The photos do not do this unit justice--especially from the standpoint of the living room/3-season porch area, which is well-integrated. The grounds are beautiful, and the pool overlooks the Caribbean. The beach is a bit rocky, but it is enjoyable checking out the tide pools, where you will find crabs running around, and little fish. We just went ocean swimming next door, where there is a protected swimming area, that leads out to the sea. There is decent snorkeling about 50 meters out from the beach, on a calm day. Good coral formations. I would recommend doing a reef dive at the barrier reef, with Captain Marvin's, if you want to see amazing coral formations. Keep in mind, there are no elevators of which I am aware, and this unit is on the 3rd floor. So worth it, though, and climbing stairs is healthy anyway. I'd stay here again!

  "A perfect getaway"

  Family vacation!! We love the Grandview condos. Second time in the Cayman Islands and we will definitely return. Everything about this place was great. The property was always clean and quiet; beautiful ocean view condos with everything you need to make your vacation unforgettable. The staff was amazing, beginning with Sofia and the other girls at the front office. They were all very attentive and friendly. As well as the maintenance personnel, especially Dwen; they truly made our stay a memorable one. Close to everything, restaurants, supermarket, liquor stores, George Town and Camana Bay. We loved it there. We are looking forward to returning to the Grandview condos for a third time.
