  LOOK NO FURTHER

  We visited Alexandria for 1 day and stayed here after arriving from. Cairo and local sightseeing. There is lots of construction going on near the highway and takes a long time to arrive . Thank god we were with the car and driver and guide. Check in was very smooth and easy . Rooms were excellent. Refrigerator, bottled water provided in the room Air conditioning was good . Very close to the shopping mall. There are lots of choice for the food there including chinese, Egyptian etc . We did not eat dinner Buffett in the hotel called. Venus. Restaurant . Instead we ordered from the menu . That was an excellent decision. We being vegetarians there was not too much choice . Mr HAITHAM MOHAMED assistant restaurant manager came to our help. We requested him what we wanted to eat and he went over and beyond to make sure food was cooked to the perfection. We ate lentil soup piping hot, we requested to make BABA GANOUSH hot and add some green chilies for flavor ,and mix vegetables ( carrot, zucchini etc )with spices with a touch of turmeric. He went inside the kitchen to make sure it was cooked properly . We had this with bread and rice . He mad our evening a memorable one . Thank you. Mr. Haitham Breakfast was included with room charge . Though selection was plenty with one of the best falafel balls cooked to the perfection few things were certainly missing for this high end hotel There was live omelet station There was no freshly baked quality bread, though there were lots of other bread ,no toaster , melon cut was raw and not riped, oranges cut were too poor quality . I DID BRING THIS TO THE ATTENTION OF THE RESTAURANT MANAGER WHO MET ME NEAR FRUITS SELECTION AND ASKED ME HOW IS EVERYTHING?. May be I was expecting too much .

  Nice hotel

  Nice and professional hotel, providing extra high quality of service and makes you enjoy loveable accommodation, highly recommended for all types of stay, however it's somehow away from the beautiful Alexandria's Cornish.

  The Grand Plaza Hotel SMOUHA

  The Hotel room exceeded my expectations. great location of the Hotel.The Room was very clean airconditioning is almost soundless, Wiffi had a very good signal. And the last but not least the staff are very friendly.

  Beautiful Accommodation

  Nice place , the service was very good and the crew was friendly , the hotel was clean they are committed by the instructions of council of ministers to face corona virus , they measure the temperature of all guest and put sanitizers at every place inside hotel , I recommend it

  Excellent hotel

  Excellent hotel, very clean, tidy, and very helpful staff. Perfect location, wide parking space, decent entrance, very good COVID precautions, amazing reception staff specially Mr Ahmed who was very helpful. The room was very clean with all of the needed facilities. Breakfast was very good and the restaurants staff was excellent. I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Alexandria for business
