  Un hotel cómodo en la zona comercial

  El hotel es cómodo y está bien situado con respecto a la zona comercial, algunas embajadas y altas comisiones están cerca. Las habitaciones son cómodas, están bien cuidadas y les van renovando el mobiliario. La comida era buena, pero el restaurante y el bar del sótano no tienen ambiente ninguno. Hay otros restaurantes y hoteles con bares cerca andando que tienen mucho más.

  Good location. But poor facilities

  The location of the hotel is too good and is very near to park Street with a big mall just in front of it. Room service is very average. Hotel is neat. But some construction work is being carried out and they start the work around 5 am and you cannot have a good sleep. Complimentary breakfast is not upto the mark and you do not have any varieties. The only advantage is the location.

  Terrible

  The first impression was not as good as expected. I asked for a twin room and during check-in reminded them of the same but they gave the wrong room which was later on changed. Within 1/2 hr of check-in ordered food which was worst them small roadside stalls. Since there was no iron in the room I asked the receptionist if he can get my shirt ironed but got an excuse saying i'll only get it the next day in the evening which is impossible. Showing good gesture he offered me iron from the hotel but when i started ironing my shirt it spoiled it with black marks. When it comes to bed they were very uncomfortable and linen was smelly. The next day i had to go out for few hours leaving my mom in the room. I passed by the reception and asked the boy if he can send something light to my room as my mom is not feeling well and she won't be able to come down for breakfast, he said its buffet but when i told him anyway m not having breakfast so you can send something light to the room, He gave positive response and said once breakfast is ready he ll do that but nothing happened till i came back around 3 Pm. Won't be booking any OYO from now.

  Glorious but somewhat missing

  I still having those Golden moments spent at this wonderful place but still somewhat there staff make us feel like helpless rather it's one of best place of the place whether we talk about services or atmosphere

  Comfortable and delightful stay

  Had a wonderful stay at the Golden Park Kolkata. A prime location walking distance to the main road and market. Taxis are easily available. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is really polite and helpful. Enjoyed the breakfast as well
