  Excellent Hotel. The staff where very helpful. The room was very clean. Ive been to a lot of hotels that had something I didn't like, but not this one. The location of the hotel also provided a very nice view of the foothills, and Calgary sky line.

  OVER CHARGED DURING THE VIRUS-ONE NIGHT $254

  Stains on exposed mattress- almost looked like dried blood didnt realize until we were checking out-loose elastic band holding on a flimpsy mattress cover We requested a certain room because of the virus wanted ground floor end near a door- stuck us up on the 3 rd floor in the middle of the building-they could have called us and let us know as we travelled almost 9 hours to get there Over charged us- $254 for our room and over $50 for breakfast- we travel from coast to coast canada wide several times a year. We do stay in 5 star, 4 star- this was the most expensive place we have ever stayed in They certainly took advantage of the virus situation-shame shame shame on you We will never tell anyone about this place and never ever ever come back WE Did emai about the price and not one staff got back to us.....poor poor management

  Excellent stay during these trying times

  The efforts made to make us feel comfortable, safe and secure during these trying times is a great testimony to this hotel. We were truly grateful for the efforts made, we look forward to returning during better times, hopefully soon.

  A comforable night In Calgary

  The Glenmore Inn and Convention Centre was a lovey hotel. I was impressed with how clean and comfortable the rooms were, I have the best nights' sleep I have had in a very long time. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to everyone.

  Average stay

  Both check in and check out were simple with no hassles. I was up on the 6th floor so I didn't hear any road noise at night. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and on the softer side. There was a weird smell when initially turning the water on to shower, but I had hot water so I was happy. It took me a while to figure out how the heat worked and then it took a while for the room to warm up - basically I was cold when I went to bed but it was ridiculously warm when I woke up. The WiFi here was basically non-existent; I'd like to say spotty but that would be lying as I actually had connectivity after check out back in my truck compared to my room. Also, I thought this was a non-smoking property, but there were cigarette butts in the hallway and that's a little bit gross.
