  Lugar muy relajado para vacacionar, la gente del pueblo muy agradables. Me pareció sorprendente ver una agencia de coches de alta gama, Aston Martín, Ferrari, Betley, en fin. Un pequeño río que cruzaba cerca del hotel muy relajante.

  Absolutely shocking of a place!

  Filthy dirty, grimy, grubby, unsanitary, unhygienic, insanity, scrubby , scuzzy hotel, worse than anything Ive ever seen, should never be allowed to be open...Thick year old of dirt, I cant express how degrading this place is, DONT EVER THINK ABOUT STAYING HERE EVER!!

  Uncomfortable, dirty, and noisy

  Difficult to find any staff at check in. There were no staff at all in the hotel when we checked out at 9am. Rooms were very basic; the mattresses and pillow were thin and uncomfortable. The bathrooms are filthy and falling apart. The electrics are haywire (eg three light switches had to be turned on in the right order for room lights to work). The train line is right outside the bedroom windows and the rooms shake every time a train goes past all through the night. Its cheap but I wouldnt recommend it at all. Shame, because the inclusive breakfast was excellent.

  Awful

  I really hate to give anyone a negative review but what a disappointment this hotel was. Whilst I realise photos posted are usually of the best rooms nothing quite prepared me for the extremely basic and very tired and outdated room we were given. No proper shower, just a hose attached to the taps. And no where on their website did they mention their proximity to the intercity train line which rattles the windows from 3am onwards

  Wreckless / borderline dangerous place to stay

  6:45am Sunday morning the fire-alarm went off, we got out of the building & waited in the car park for over 30 minutes, there wasn't a member of staff insight. The inner doors were locked & there was a scrap of paper taped to the door with a mobile number. There was no fire assembly point & no roll call or register taken. The alarm system was eventually shut off by a dishevelled member of staff , who claimed to have slept through the alarm / couldn't hear the alarm at the top of the hotel (worrying). We weren't counted back in or out of the hotel & there was no explanation or apology for not having anyone around to deal with a potential fire. As it turned out, this was a false alarm, however this place is ill equip if something did happen. Aside from the drama on Sunday, the spot light outside our room was permanently blinking (for 3 days) and acted like a strobe light under the bedroom door. The tiles in the bathroom were chipped and had seen better days, the shower head looked about 15 years old & the water pressure was incredibly low. Breakfast whilst tasty, was obviously reheated and oddly each table got their own carton of juice - which we thought should at least have been decanted into a jug. We'd read that this place was haunted, turns out there are no ghosts, just one massive nightmare.
