  Muy buen hotel

  Muy buen hotel , limpio , cómodo , la atención del personal es muy amable y siempre están atentos en todo momento , la calidad de la comida es excelente , sobre todo el bufet y restauran , realmente muy recomendable

  Poor service at Cardamom and In Room Dining

  I aksed for fresh lime and it took 20 mins to arrive at cardamom and was too sweet, I asked for an ice bucket to in room dining and it took 25 mins to arrive. Ambience and cleanliness was good. Only service was dissatisfied

  Superior room queen bed with city view

  Hotel staff Excellent, food was too good, the only draw back was the amenities they show a bathtub but was not there , airport railway bus all the connectivity are nearer to hotel , overall experience was excellent

  Home away from home..always delighted to be here

  I am regular visitor to this Hotel. What I would like to tell every one is that at this moment , this is not a very fancy hotel with big lounge or shopping boutiques etc. What is good about this place is its simplicity of people and environment. You get a feeling of home not always hustle bustle that you see in other hotels. People are extremely courteous and want to do that bit extra to make your stay comfortable. The breakfast menu is really good and you can enjoy variety. You can only walk out having had to taste some good variety of south Indian breakfast menu. along with Parathas, Poori and continental stuff. The front office staff need a mention here along with House Keeping staff. Everything is in its place. You don't have to look out for anything. General Manager need a mention as he makes sure he meets all the guests as possible...Hope after renovation this homeliness does not change ,but we get to taste and experience newer styles here.

  Hospitality makes up for Age

  I was quite nervous choosing this hotel after reading all the reviews and was dreading the REnovation related issues we might run into. The first impression was not great when we entered. But have to admit that everything from there on was wonderful, especially thanks to the wonderful staff (everyone from the Front office to the General Manager) who made sure our stay was a pleasurable one despite the construction work and remodeling that was happening around us LOCATION: Very good location at the heart of the city. DINE + DRINK: The High Tide bar is a wonderful place to unwind in the evening with your favourite drink. A pub like atmosphere with a good selection of Wine, Beer and Liquor. The Port cafe is good for Breakfast as well as a late afternoon Coffee and snack ROOM: We stayed in 410, Which was a SUITE room, so this review is based on that; VIEW: Sweet view of the Heritage building and cityscape ; SIZE: Very spacious room; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part to put me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand in shower; TOILETRIES: Lovely Spa quality cosmetics from BIOTIQUE brand. FACILITIES: A dingy looking Gym (with no windows and at the basement!). But it came with a good range of weights, workout stations, and Cardio machines(though a bit dated). They also have a decent Swimming pool. SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all my needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of. Special Shout out to SATHYA at the front desk, and the Bartender at High Tide HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free high speed Wi-Fi that works well all over the property. Big Plasma TV screen dishing out dozens of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies and a wide variety of entertainment in multiple languages COVID UPDATE: THe property has done an excellent job of ensuring safety , social distancing and hygiene to minimise the risk as much as possible. Especially the Common areas and Restaurant had good implementation of the required rules
